Stayed at Alipura Palace as part of a tour. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! My friend and I had a room on the top floor- had such a charm about it and stunning views of the whole district. The room was large and well air conditioned (there were a few generator blackouts in the night but not for long enough...

Alipura palace is beautiful, a very old building partially converted into a hotel. The rooms are all different and ours was big with antique furniture. You can explore the palace and go on to the roof for views of the village and temple next door. They have a restaurant and small gift shop on site. The village of Alipura itself...

This is a nice building that needs some maintenance and upgrading. the restaurant served great food. Beware of the shop in the courtyard area as they are very forceful is there sales pitch, the quality of clothing is low and way over priced. Wifi in the courtyard is hit and miss

My favourite of all 7 hotels that I stayed in during my trip to India. This palace is huge, where we were able to explore all the nooks and crannies. Our room was lovely with a huge bathroom. The food is lovely and the staff friendly. Wifi is available in the courtyard. The terraces have great views over the village...

Room 101 was huge! Although regular power shortages, this was a lovely hide and seek palace with lots of nooks and crannies. AC and fans in all rooms, good service in their restaurant, lovely atmosphere. We stayed here as part of a g adventures tour.

This family run hotel offers a variety of exciting rooms. The history of the place is well worth looking into. The views from the sun terrace are breathtakingly beautiful and the scent of Jasmine lingers in the air. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

It is an old palace partly converted to a hotel.Palatial huge rooms decorated with royal touches. Bathrooms are the size of a study. Staying here was like travelling in time to a bygone era. The food is amazing and priced moderately. This palace is in a quaint village where there is nothing much to do except for experiencing rural Indian...

Stayed at this hotel as part of G Adventure tour. An absolute delight, I felt we had found The Marigold Hotel. Our room was very spacious with a big seating area, dressing area, huge bathroom and a lovely bedroom, with lots of little balconies, one which was reached by a secret door, and climbing up stairs to a roof terrace,...

This is a very beautiful property located in a quaint village where one can experience traditional Indian life and friendly locals. It is a heritage property - an old palace party converted to a hotel. My room was very large, enough space for 2 beds and a sitting area. I also had a separate changing room. The bathroom was large...

I don’t know what to say. I was in a lovely village in the middle of India, transported back in time thanks to this incredible palace. Each suite is different. We had three balconies and a private courtyard. A reception area, bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. It was a little chilly at night (but we were there in January). I...
