My family of three spent a night in this cozy English- styled lodging in a clean and tidy suite with a loft. Our stay did not come with breakfast or dinner but it was just as convenient to take the meals from the in-house restaurant which we did. We had a delicious dinner of lamb-chops that came with a tasty...

This boutique hotel is amazing. The moment you step inside its lobby you know you are in for a treat. As you walk into the dining rooms, the old charm grips you and want to see more. As you walk across into the gardens it reminded me of the Inkaterra resort on the way to Machu Pichu! The stress of...

I had mixed expectations about this place judging from the several bad reviews. Upon arrival and even throughout the weekend that I was there, I realised that the people who gave the bad review either had their expectations set too high or they're just not used to life's simple pleasures. The whole place has an air of tranquility and peace....

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. It was truly pleasure to have you stay with us. It is encouraging to know that some people don't just rely on reviews to make their decisions but instead come to check the place out for themselves. We are in the process of rectifying the hot water problem. it gets like that...

Nice place with good staff. Room is cozy and English style. Big room good for family outing. Food is so so. The scone is their delicacy and should try it out. Restaurant decorated nicely for romantic dinner. Morning is good to have outdoor breakfast dining.

Been here for countless of times and its really good! Good as in many aspects but there are certain parts that can be improved. As in the ergonomics and customers friendly use appliances. I've never stayed anywhere other than this place, knew the owner quite well and very friendly person! The food is fantastic, it has this "British Indian" kind...

Had a lovely short weekend break staying in this lovely place. Very accommodating front desk staff..got a free upgrade to a bigger and more comfortable room when I expressed my concerns about my mom's difficulties in climbing. Also found the staff very helpful and cheerful. Overall, this place is an enchanting place to stay which just compliments lovely Cameron Highlands.

The hotel is beautifully situated and is like something out of the Cotswolds. BUT, the service is piecemeal to say the least, the rooms were at first sight comfortable but rather musty and needing airing, hot water seems to be optional or certainly scarce. Breakfast was OK except that the coffee was poor and the marmalade the usual cheap sweet...

If stepping back in time to a more refined, relaxed, cultivated age is what you want from your trip to the Cameron Highlands, then this hotel completes that experience. From the period architecture outside and in, to the sympathetically sculpted gardens and the classic cream tea served in them, the Planters Country Hotel is that moment in time. My wife...

The establishment kept its Old English structure, giving off a warm and cozy ambience. In addition, due to the approaching Christmas holiday season, the lobby was well-decorated, further accentuating the coziness of the place. Mr. Anan was very friendly and very accommodating to our needs; However, the other staff, although somewhat courteous, pales in comparison. Unfortunately, we didn't get the...

Stayed 2 nights at this establishment last weekend. Arrived rather late (almost midnight) due to bad traffic and was greeted by 2 staff. The keys to our rooms were held and issued by the night watchman. Main lobby was closed so naturally the kitchen too. However, Mr. Bala was so kind to offer curry, vegetables and rice for my family....
