Me and a few mates stayed at the riverside inn the weekend just gone, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Great views, good food, beer, and friendly staff. The Sunday carvery was the highlight for me though. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an enjoyable weekend away:)

So firstly and probably most importantly NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS! When I asked if they had a lift I was told ' no but I can give you a hand up the stairs'!!!!! Don't know if it's even legal to be inaccessible in a modern building but it was uninviting to me! We chose the carvery which was a big mistake,...

Booked here to stay one night for two day business trip between Bath & Bristol.... However what an awful experience. Room smelt of damp, TV didn't work properly, poor wifi and satellite signal, shower tray raised, but no screens just a curtain, no hot water for shower and the young girl behind the bar, well foreign with no service skills...

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone it is a joke and run by incompetent people who haven't a clue what's going on access to rooms is apalling and needs to be looked at by health and safety and there is no front of house to greet you and a manager who is never there the TV didn't work and...

Had 3 rooms just after Christmas for a break away with the family. Rooms were all.clean tidy and we'll presented. However less furniture would definitely be a recommendation. Better pillows and new mattresses wouldn't go a miss either. This didn't spoil are stay though Breakfast was okay but more choice would be desired. Ate in restaurant both night's. 1st night...

After paying for the premium room for my partner and I, I was expecting premium service and an amazing room! What I received was a room which had not been turned over; dirty bed sheets, dirty towels, no loo roll, no new shampoos, filthy used cups, no new coffee and tea, and empty breakfast box and a floor so filthy...

This place has a great location and a nice early morning member of staff to help with breakfast but that is where any praise ends. The room was overpriced, the heating was either off or on (on was a furnace). The tv didn't work, the wifi was non existent, the shower didn't drain away, the towel heater leaked, the towels...

Just had a carvery with the family at the Riverside. There were 25 in our party & I cannot fault anything. Vegetarians among us well catered for, waiting & bar staff excellent, food excellent. Thoroughly enjoyable afternoon and definitely recommended.

Told we were in the best room, cleanliness poor, first impressions good but on further inspection not good, no mattress protectors on beds which we thought was standard in hotels, lots of other issues which we did bring to the hotels attention, some dealt with others not, such a shame as location is lovely but staff seemed so demoralised, manager...
