The house is clean and the welcome friendly but our room was very small with nowhere to put our bag and no chair. It was nice and warm, though. You wouldn't want to spend more than one night in such a small room. The bathroom, however, was spacious and very nicely fitted. The breakfast was fine but fairly basic. There... More

Myself and my 2 sisters stay here whenever we go to Bath, its like home from home. Nigel and Suzanne the new owners are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is always well cooked and filling. We recommend staying here.

Seven of us, 2 families, stayed at The White House last week. The rooms were roomy and clean. Felt comfortable here. When our plans were ruined by the horrendous weather the owners were helpful with local recommendations and ideas and gave us discount cards to use within Bath. As the boys were leaving early for a Cotswolds trip the owners... More

We did not like the Mr. Hyde side of the host. Smiles and a nice welcome from Dr.Jekyll, but his dark side put pressure on us to leave the room 5 minutes before deadline. Appointed breakfast at 8:30, we finally had it after nine. His delay did not count, only ours. One of the poorest B&B breakfasts we´ve ever had.... More

We stayed at the White House for one night and the room was ok. Bathroom and shower was fantastic. Wifi was an issue - and when I made the owner aware of it, he said it's the way it is. The owner was chatty. Our suggested improvements could be, wifi extenders through the property (as clarification to meet the owners... More

Only had an overnight stay here, as it was conveniently placed for my wife & I paying a visit to Bath races. Found it to be spotlessly clean, with a lovely shower and washing facilities and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. Situated in an area that was busy with traffic through the day, but nice and quiet at... More

Had a lovely time at Easter, staying 2 nights at this B & B. Comfortable room and bed. Great breakfast. Just off the main bus route to Bath and Bristol with regular buses both ways. Saves a lot of bother of driving into these busy city centres. Also around the corner were a group of shops including 2 small supermarkets,... More

We stayed in this lovely guest house for a couple of nights recently. Nice well appointed room and beautiful bathroom with a wonderfully designed shower. Both the continental and the full English breakfast were very yummy. Proprietor Nigel is lovely man - very kind and helpful. The Guest House is ideally situated for Bath with an easy bus route just... More

Lovely large and clean room, and the best B&B shower cubicle I have experienced. The owners were very helpful and welcoming, cooking a delicious breakfast, and providing a jug of fresh milk for tea in our rooms. It's easy to find, but on a side road, so very quiet at night.

Warm, friendly and lovely place to stay. Great owners who were very attentive and a pleasure to be in the company of. Gorgeous breakfast, cosy rooms and a excellent distance from Bath to get in and out of easily. Highly recommend anybody to stay here.
