I must share our great experience with everyone, because some people don't appreciate what a nice time you can have while staying at Villas de Sotomayor: relaxing on a hammock, enjoying delicious food from the hotel restaurant, discovering the beauty of nature (for example: horseback riding, kayaking, hiking in the Guilarte forest, visiting the animal farm), or just sleeping in...

This place just could not Handle our group the rooms are terrible and the owner just doesn't now how to deal with people and the staff is not trained to deal with guest. It's better to stay in a camping tent. Just do not stay in this place. The worst parador in PR.

People who likes nightlife, the best option is San Juan, but if you want just keep in touch with nature, do some horse riding, kayaling and visit the lake. This is a great opportunitty. The food and wine selection is good and Adjuntas people are so kind. I visited also Hacienda Monte Alto and saw the process to develop excellent...

It seems like almost everyone who has reviewed this parador either loved it or hated it. I can say that we enjoyed it and I will never forget the experience. The villas have definitely been updated/renovated since some of the reviewers posted their comments. We were pleasantly surprised by how up-to-date the appliances and furniture were in our room. This...

The website for this Place is http://www.paradorvillassotomayor.com/ This is a letter I wrote to the manager after coming back from the horse ride. Please read: VERY IMPORTANT: Dear Manager, The reason for this email is to express a concern and let you know about a complaint I have after using your facility. We did not stay in the apartments but...

We picked this hotel based on a Paradores flyer I received from a travel agent. The hotel did not live up to the flyer one bit. The area it is in is absolutely spectacular, however there is little to do. There are almost no restaurants, no hiking trails or anything else. The room was horrible & uncomfortable. We "upgraded" ,...

My family and I visited this August from the 21 to the 27th 2008 and we had a very lovely time. The villa was very clean and the services that were provided were excellent. The grounds are well kept and my children loved every minute of it. I would go back and I intend to. Sandra Tapia Brooklyn, N.Y. :)

VIILAS SOTOMAYOR is located in beautiful ADJUNTAS, PR. IT is not a fancy place, but the food and the people are truly wonderful. THE OWNER GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THE SETTING is very country and there are @ 16 horses to ride around the @ 30 individual villas, each with a hammock in...

I went to Villas Sotomayor to have a relaxing weekend and to do a little tourism but we ended up having an awful time. This so called hotel doesn’t have any villas. What they call villas are extremely small rooms with absolutely no space to move around and without windows to look at the beautiful mountain surroundings. They don't necessarily...
