The hotel was nice but there weren't too many options available to order from the in-house restaurant. There was no power and I had to call the manager and request them to switch on the generator. The hotel staff is very nice. Sathish ensures he tries his best to make your stay comfortable.

I booked my stay at this hotel thru' Oyo app, where this is rated as a 'premium' hotel. And what a 'premium' experience it was!! I don't want to comment about the look from the exterior, because what mattered more to me is the comfort of the room. The layout of the room is peculiar, with the head of the bed facing the wall abutting the entrance door, so that the entire bed is visible from outside when you open the door for any reason. The room was full of dust, especially on the blankets, sofas and curtains. You have to buy water at inflated price, since water was not provided as part of the package, and there was no tea coffee maker in the room. Regarding the food, we stayed there for two nights and took complimentary breakfast only once. The second day we preferred to have our breakfast at a small restaurant outside. Wonder how this hotel (if you can say so) can be rated as a premium hotel by oyo. The immediate consequence on me was that, I cancelled my next booking at a hotel in Bangalore (also a premium one as per oyo) and preferred to make a safer choice elsewhere. I immediately informed oyo about my poor experience, but it hardly matters to them.…

This Hotel is bang in the commercial Hub of Kushalnagar, not ideal for a Holiday type Hotel, Hotel is in 3rd Floor of a commercial Complex, when we arrived there was no current , so we had to climb 3 floors with our Luggage . No check-in was needed ??? , we were given room which surprisingly was ok , again we had to climb to the 5th floor for the restaurant , roof top restaurant was ok , but food was very ordinary, next day morning there was not a drop of Hot water in the bathroom when we complained , the receptionist told us she will do something , but never did , we somehow managed to get ready by 11 and were told to again climb to the 5th floor for complimentary breakfast only to be told there that it was closed at 10.30 , nobody informed us, the night before we had informed the reception that we wanted to extend as first day we had arrived late and never got a opportunity to scout the place , but next day , we were told at 11.30 to check-out ,since we had been checked out without any information , how can somebody do that .This hotel is unprofessional in each and every department .…

This place was booked for our impromptu 1 day trip based entirely on TripAdvisor reviews. Have to say, a real stupid mistake. Cons : average room, poor maintenance, leaky showers, no running hot water despite their claim of 24hr hot water. Crowded parking. Pros : food is okie. D staff seemed helpful. Verdict : not worth d money. Don't trust all d reviewers.

If you are looking for a short (1-2 days) stay in Kushalnagar and plan to be outdoors most of the time, this is a good option. We had booked an Oyo room in this hotel which had all the basic amenities - rooms were clean, TV, AC, free Wi-fi available and hot water was available too. We had Chinese food for dinner and it was really good. This seems to be a place most recommended for good food in Kushalnagar. Also since it is located close to Namdroling monastry, Nisargdhama and Dubare, it is a convenient place to stay.

The room was quite big, 3 of us could easily fit in the king-size bed and the decoration was good. Wifi was free and the signal was strong. The restaurant was pretty big, with a roof-top extension, but food was costly.
