We stayed here for a night during Republic day weekend on a short trip to kushalnagar. The resort was quite well maintained and the staff is very efficient. Special mention should be given to Manager Sanjay, who made sure our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. A simple but delicious breakfast was provided. The resort has a small gaming area with Foosball table, table tennis, and carrom board. The resort is diagonally across the Nisargadhama entrance (3 min walk). The bylakuppe monastery and Harangi dam are close-by - 25 min and 15 min drives.

We all went there as part of a big wedding gang. The rooms were big and it suited for all the people. Place is well maintained and it is very near to Nisargadhama. If you are looking at staying 4 or more people together this is the place.

It was a nice and pleasant visit. The property and the facilities are good. I was a trifle unlucky not to have gotten two cottages which I wanted as we were two families travelling together. The lawn is beautiful as also the environment - early morning being the finest with cool breeze and chirping birds greeting you. The breakfast were of decent healthy menues. One observation is that the breakfast area needed more natural or artificial lights as some of the seating places have lesser lights. The ever smiling and enterprising supervisor Sanjay Prabhu ans his colleagues were the two people taking care of all the guests of 21 rooms and cottages together but surprisingly none of them had any grievance since Sanjay ans his colleague worked really hard night ans day to serve all at the earliest with decent service. To be fair to them they really need more support and manpower to enable them to be able to maintain this spirit over a long time- which is very difficult as I saw them during these four days of our stay to be working from dawn to late night. Some of the improvement areas are the bathrooms and they need to be more clean and functioning properly for all gadgets within. Also the aircondition ers are a trifle weak in capacity for the larger area of the cottges. Also the family room need to be air conditioned.

Ideal for family stay , close to various tourist spots than madikeri , it's a intermediate stop , not , what you think as a hill station , even if you stay all day in the resort kids can enjoy various games and their garden , actually it's a marriage hall with cottages , so when booking ask any functions being conducted , as it will be noisy during functions, breakfast served is good and sufficient

We had selected this property for 2 nights stay for our family gathering. It was nice experience for us to stay here as it felt that the home away home. Staff are too cooperative and handle our special requests with consideration. The property very close to Nisargadhama & 15 minutes to Golden Temple - The Tibetan Monastery. Suggestion for improvement is to give little bit attention to the cleanliness.

Fantastic service from Sanjay and Vishal. Great value for money. Got upgraded to villa 😁. Large bright property. Separate lounge and bedroom. Large shower room. Hot water by switch so lovely hot water on demand. Only downside of room slight leak by shower next to wc. Room also had ac and fan. Excellent garden with many varieties of trees including mango, jack fruit, oranges and papaya. Seating in the well kept lawns with sunshine all day long. Great basic breakfast. Very tasty and delicious. Quality over quantity! Udupi restaurant across the road. Excellent food cooked to order but only Veg. Great location for sightseeing. Overall great value for money with a excellent service from the staff. Highly recommended.
