Rats, blocked washbasin, stinking bathroom with no handle to close it, broken window, horrible experience

Rats, blocked Wash basin, stinking bathroom with no handle to close it (anyone can enter your room from the bathroom as there are open ventilation big enough for anyone to get in) , no latch doors, broken windows, untidy and disgustingly awful experience. We were stuck and forced to spend the night and the very next morning we left to Coorg lagoon. The greedy owner, I wish he didn't keep his army photo hanging on the Hall because it is an insult for me as I belong to an army family as well. He shamelessly took every single rupee and later blamed me for not requesting to reduce the money. For him, he gave me the entire homestay for 3.75k a night! Mind you, I wouldn't spend a night even if he offers me The same for free. A few of us even ended up vomiting. The rats weren't letting me eat as they were peeping up from the sofa! The boy told that the rats are harmless and doesn't attack the human. I wont blame the rat but if you won't clean the house, it becomes a rat stay and not a homestay! If you note, all good reviews were given months back.. The owner almost begged me not to write a review. Well, if he was struggling for money, I would have reconsidered. But the same person asked me to go to his 'mini Taj' for 1.1k per person without any food.. So it just means he is very greedy to earn more even if it means to cheat customers! Also, according to him, he gave me full house. But we could hear voices of a lady inside a closed room. On asking, I was told that it was owner's friend and ge never denied. The next day, there was only only a guy, again, the boy told he was the owner's friend. Something fishy for sure! I hope the owner cleaned the rooms and did some maintenance work from the amount he got from his MINI TAJ!! Our budget was exhausted from other visits but it doesn't mean you get 750 per head and offer us like this! How dare you even accept booking? Begging can be justified but not cheating a family and their hard earned money! It isn't a homestay, he himself calls it a lodge. But believe me, lodges are much much better! He has disabled the uploading of photo option I guess. I can prove my points. Let me see if he even have the slightest courage to say even one of my point is wrong!…
