It's more than six months, I have been visiting this hotel in CHURU. Even though I rate it best in CHURU, a foul smell in toilets makes the stay unpleasant. The fumes from underground Sewage tank running up through drainage pipes in the bathrooms. Management has not been able to fix it for over 6 months although they appear to be working on it sincerely. This time quality of breakfast too were disappointing. Hope this be just a chance. Hope management taking note of it
This was my third stay in last fortnight. First two times i was on second floor and noticed foul smell inside bathroom but not too strong. I was told there is some drainage problem and requested to bear with me. This time, i was given the ground floor Room#107. there was a HORRIFYING STENCH coming from bathroom. Unfortunately i had no option to change the hotel as it was too late. Hotel Staff was completely helpless. I slept with the main door opened and every time i used toilet i hold my breath until i came out. However, staff was co-operative to open another room on top floor as soon as it was available to help me take shower. I hope management will give it serious attention to avoid the in-convenience to its customers. Shyam Gaur
Stuck out of town in a desolate setting that would be too cliched to use in a film to symbolise 'something's going to go very badly wrong very soon'. The staff tried hard, it was clean but to be honest it has the feel of a place that truck drivers would rent by the hour. A sort of 'clean-seedy' atmosphere where the register is full of made up names and all the bills are settled on cash. To reinforce a point from an earlier revue, Trip Advisor's reputation is called in to question when most of the reviews are clearly inside jobs and the map shows it on the Middle of town. I started having 'Deliverance' moments after being in the taxi nearly five minutes after leaving the station.
I must start by saying that any positive feedback, if you haven't noticed, is obviously written by the staff. Seeing as they are all 1 review accounts... This isn't in a great location and, as far as a travellers hotel is concerned, this really doesn't fit the bill. You are much better off with a hostel or the Maliji Ka Karama for the same price and a much more enjoyable experience. Has a cheap motel feel to it, however facilities are acceptable with showers and good enough beds. Wouldn't rule them out totally, but the internal reviews made this unacceptable. They haven't even marked their location correctly on the map!
The hotel was of high standard overall. Clean, good facilities and is excellent for our purpose. The space was nice, we simply enjoyed the stay and it was excellent positioned for my point of interest. Service was good and people were chivalrous and helpful. Definitely recommended for tourist.
Tariff is very high compared to the facility and hotel quality as there is not much choice in Churu. You may consider Heritage Hotel Malji Ka Kamra, rather paying high tariff here. Rooms are just a residential house room and not as per hotel norms. You will get disturbed by pigeons on windows whole night. Sometime you might get scared because of this noise. Food is okay not very good. If you want to take hot water shower get ready to waste 2-3 bucket of water as you will get cold and dirty water initially. Water is very hard and they do not have softner plant installed. Even after charging such high tariff, you will not get any amenities in the room. Only a soap and moisturizer (used) bottle. They will also charge for driver's food. And do not have CP or any other plan. Suggest to look for alternate.…
Food was good and location was out of city...no disturbance...service was also good...I was visited this month trip adviser thanks for giving me suggestions...I will definetely come again ...nice place
