We booked the resort for 2 days 4th and 5th of feb and i arrived on 3rd of feb to check the arrangements .All the things were going good until the last day ,
1 - According to hotel policy rooms checkout timing is 12pm but my all the guest started receiving phone call from the front desk at 10 am to vacate the room that to couple of times
2 - I ordered packed lunches for my guest who were travelling out of town but the plea was rejected saying the packing boxes are not available so we cant give you the parcel like seriously we booked the resort for two days and we are getting such response
3 - I forgot my bottle of perfume in the room no. 203 and when i called them back they said they didnt found one and when i requested to check once again he hangup the phone on me i got the answer that might be one of the staff member may have took it and kept it

Very poor service and uneducated staff use less . They are not educated properly to deal with corporate clients. I say big nooo for in case of corporate clients ………………………………. I have my guest on 7may 24 experience is very poor .even front desk people are roudy type

Thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay at the hotel with family. Staff was attentive and friendly and food tasted very good. Property is also very large and has good open spaces Rooms very clean as well

Rooms are ok but the staff is not trained as per property specially the manager . His attitude is not as per the hotel business . Customer is his second priority his attitude is on top. Very bad experience.

The hotel is the best but staff not good they are very bad all staff untrained so this is not good experience service very bad no given respect any staff food test very bad So I am no Happy hotel service
