The citrus lobster and the stone crab avocado salad were good ,but service here needs a bit of help. There was a bit of confusion on the drinks and they do take quite bit of time to arrive The restaurant offers very nice views and a wonderful breeze

I will say the crab and avocado appetizer was excellent. Other than that, kind of average. Nice people and a pretty view, but not much a of a price break for a pretty average dining experience. Patio was small, inside was bland. Might be better for breakfast or lunch.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your meal. It is rare for us but we know we are not perfect. Like all islands, food is expensive because it needs to be shipped in refridgerated containers. We try to use as much locally grown and caught fish and vegetables as the season allows. We are indeed a small resort, intimate... More

My wife and I were staying right on the beach just a short walk from the restaurant. On one morning we walked further than we had thought down the beach when on the way back we became hot and tired although it was only about 9:30 or so in the morning. We were so thirsty. Saw their sign on the... More

I had a week to remember in the Infinity House at Runaway Hill Club. The infinity house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms a spacious living room and a kitchen fit for a large group or family but that doesn't even begin to describe it. It is accompanied by a large patio deck with an amazing ocean view and it is... More

We had breakfast here everyday! Amazing views, and excellent food. Unlike my husband, I'm not really a breakfast food lover. He ordered something different each time. I had an egg wrap with avocado, and jalapeños. It was so good I looked forward to breakfast everyday! Now that we are home, I'm craving it!

This is over the top wonderful. Everything starts with staff and they have it here - WONDERFUL. Hotel rooms are all different and charming, also have turn-down service. The location is top notch and this is by far best beach we have visited. OK - now for the restaurant - why leave, read my review in eats section but 5... More

Had the best vacation of my life at Runaway Hill! I stayed in the Infinity House which has the most amazing ocean front view and spacious private patio, perfect for large families or groups of friends. My favourite part of my room was the bed, it was indescribably comfortable. I was blown away by how delicious the food was for... More

Wonderful stay on Harbour Island! Jen was a fabulous host who manages a gracious staff! The tropical breezes were refreshing day and night. We had a fabulous view with our own private deck. What an amazing 3 mile, pink sand beach. We ate well and exercised with vigorous beach walks. Bonefishing the local flats with Stuart Cleare was amazing. We'll... More

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night over New Year's week. We booked this trip last minute and as a result we ended up back packing around Harbour Island - which meant renting a golf cart and staying 1-2 nights at several different locations. (very fun, highly recommend trying it) We came to Runaway Hill after staying on... More
