If you want to have a drink in a beautiful bar, with beautiful people and a funny barman, go. And if you want to spend 80 dollars + to dine in the dark, go. price/quality ratio not so good... I know, Harbour Island is a jet set venue, but there is a limit.

I will first go on record as saying that this may be the nicest TA review I've ever written. And, I will fully admit that my positive experience was driven by and large by the amazing staff and the joyous service they provide. The deets: While my family stayed at the Corals Sands on the beach (see my other review),...

I am overwhelmed by the beauty of this Hotel, the island, and the people. The room was exquisite, the food - delicious. The people who work there, as well as people I met just roaming the island, are lovely. I would've stayed longer if I could've, but even this brief visit was perfect. Every day was beautiful. The expanse of...

We loved our room, Sea Sage, where the Landing was situated, the Harbor, the ambience, welcoming without being intrusive, but especially the staff. I realized at the N. Eleuthera airport that I had left my Kindle and glasses on the bed of our room. We didn't have cell service but sitting next to us was Maquessa, a manager at another...

Harbour Island is so pretty, and the Landing fits right in. We stayed in Wood Rose, which is a spacious room on the top floor of the building to the back. So beautifully decorated with a four poster bed, a bathtub overlooking the ferry dock etc.. The bed was comfortable and we slept like baby's. Staff was friendly, service was...

Ok, so we didn't stay in the hotel as I had found accommodation in a private villa for a week, cheaper than a few nights in a hotel. However, we wanted to sample all the local recommended restaurants for dinner and so each night tried somewhere different. We booked a table on the veranda for three overlooking the harbour but...

With Harbour Island being home of the Pink Sand beach, we just had to go! We reside in California, so it took an effort to get there. We flew from LAX to MIA, MIA to NAU. We then walked to the next building over from the Nassau Airport to catch our flight with Pineapple Air. We landed in North Eleuthera...

If you stay overnight on the island or before heading back to your hotel on the other island you need to stop by The Landing. Well situated on the harbour side you can enjoy local fishes and lobsters on an high Bahamian style. The menu is always changing and the wine card is great. Price is fair and the terrace...

Wood rose room was surprisingly delightful and beautiful. The bath tub with the view of the pier and yachts on pristine, translucent water. Walking distance to the village, local bakeries, breakfast and local sea food restaurants. The decor of the hotel is consistent and makes you feel like you are at home, divine pool, excellent food in the restaurant and...

This was our third stay at The Landing and we cannot wait to come back. Whether it's the beautiful, elegantly appointed rooms, the endless nooks and crannies to relax or take a nap from (and watch the sunset over the bay), or the wonderful staff, led by Ms Tina, The Landing is really a special place to us and it...

“We stayed in Oleander, which is at the back of the Captain's House. It didn't have much of a "view" and was not on the main street, but was nice and quiet, quite spacious, and quite private as well. Exactly what we were looking for. I can see how some of the rooms along Bay Street are louder, and the balconies are right on the street. But even so, it's a pretty quiet island, so "louder" is a relative term.”
