We had the pleasure of staying in Woodside cottage for a week. From the moment our host - Callum - met us it was clear this was going to a bit special. The cottage has one of the most spectacular views I have ever enjoyed. The cottage is equipped to a very high standard - the lounge, kitchen / diner...

We spent a week in Ness Side cottage at the end of the season in November. We really enjoyed our stay, Scott and his family were very friendly and helpful on our arrival. We had a really peaceful stay but with the convenience of being close to Inverness and also a good location to explore the west including a trip...

We returned for our year anniversary having got married at the lodge a year ago. Once again everything was perfect. The cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with the most breathtaking view of the loch. It was lovely to see Scott again and the afternoon tea at the lodge was delicious. A perfect place to return to for our anniversary....

We had a most enjoyable 4 night stay in Ness-side Cottage last month before Easter. We had afternoon tea in the hotel upon arrival prior to settling in. The cottage is spacious with lovely views of the loch from all rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen). There is a large entry room for storage of boots, hiking gear, etc. The bathroom...

I came here with my boyfriend in the week just after xmas over the New Year. We stayed in the Lochview Cottage. It was absolutely perfect. The cottage was spacious, clean, decorated with a Christmas tree and other decorations. We were given complimentary handmade shortbread, a bottle of our chosen wine and Thornton chocolates. The owners really go out of...

My girlfriend and I spent a week here at the beginning of the new year. We stayed in the Loch View Cottage and it was absolutely perfect. It was lovely just to stay indoors and enjoy the views quietly from the living room on some days. When we ventured out to behave like tourists, it was lovely to come back...

We discovered the Loch Ness Cottages when looking for a honeymoon retreat five years ago. On that visit we were in the Ness Side cottage and were so impressed with the place that we booked for our first anniversary the following year (in Woodside Cottage that time). Our fifth anniversary has just come around, so where else could we go?...

My husband and I have just returned home from our second visit to the Loch Ness Cottages at Brachla and we were happy to find that in 4 years nothing had changed. 'Our cottage' was homely, comfy, it had a kitchen, dining area, living room, sauna, bathroom - with whirpool bath and bedroom and extremely spacious (you could fit our...

Superbly appointed and equipped, each cottage is individually styled to offer its own distinctive charm. An open log fire, oak beamed ceiling, cosy furnishings and sheltered garden area ensure your stay at Loch Ness is both comfortable and relaxing. You can even enjoy a soothing sauna or jacuzzi bath in some of our luxury holiday cottages. The cottages are located in the grounds of the 5 star Loch Ness Lodge where you may choose to enjoy afternoon tea one day during your stay. However, each cottage is detached and set in its own private garden so you can relax in solitude, if you prefer. The best of both worlds! ... more   less
