We came up for a week in the highlands with our young children. October is such a stunning time of year in Scotland and the Glencoe Cottages are in a beautiful position. At the foot of the mountains and right next to a river, it is surrounded by nature. A short walk from the Clachaig pub and with some easy...

We booked Glencoe Cottages due to the hostel further down the road not having any availability for 11 guys travelling up for a stag doo.. we booked the East and South Cottages for Friday and Saturday night with the cost coming to £36pppn.. This was slightly more than the hostel would have cost however was well worth the difference. The...

I read many of the reviews prior to going here......and was somewhat concerned. All I can say is that I am so glad I did not take much notice. Slawek and Victoria made our stay utterly perfect, I truly cannot rate the cottages highly enough, their attention to detail was amazing, the cottage was spotless, the bedding, linen, fridge, bathrooms......

Loved our 2 nights at the Glencoe Cottages with our 2 kids - 10 & 12 years. We had plenty of rain and some sun too - typical for summer. So loved the under floor heating as it made a real difference. Other than the beauty of the area, a real highlight for the kids was the fact that Hagrids...

We stayed in East cottage, is was very well equipped with everything you need, the beds were large and very comfortable and the underfloor heating make it really cosy. We can't fault this cottage we absolutely loved it and didn't want to go home, the wildlife around the cottage was great and plenty of places nearby to go walking, fishing...

The only good thing about Signal Rock B & B is the location. The road in, is full of large potholes. Parking is not easy if there are more than two cars. On arriving on 22 September 2014 it was very cold and there was no heating as it wasn't working. Evidently the bathroom heated towel rail had never worked...

This place is fantastic. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a total of 8 beds, television, big kitchen, all the necessary facilities, you could not ask for more. Take a right off the main road through Glencoe past the main hiker hotel the Cla haige (or however you spell it) and you will see it on the left. The buildings are all...

We were staying at the "Signal Cottage" but really should have been looking for Glencoe Cottages. Just ask directions - don't try to find from signs or a map. Very lovely location and very nice rooms. Person on-site was very helpful and made a lovely breakfast. I am not sure what the other reviewers were writing about - maybe the...

Apart from the good location, there is nothing else good about Glencoe Cottages. The driveway is full of potholes, the boiler is very noisy, making it impossible to sleep, the soundproofing is appauling, you have to clean it yourself or be charged, the bedrooms are small, there was inadequate seating in the living room, the TV didn't have good reception,...

We booked the cottages 5 yrs ago and decided to return to them again in 2013. 26 of us all on motorbikes were again received very well and all accommodation on site is as before, clean and fully equipped for our weeks stay. The local pub food has improved a great deal since last staying with the medium providing really...
