On the one and only positive note, this hotel is situated in one of the most spectacularly scenic spots in Scotland. The surrounding area has some stunning walks such as Loch Brandy, Corrie Fee and the Cairngorm National Park. Sadly, I found the bunk house to be in direct contrast to its surroundings. I wish I had camped. I expected...

Dear Pauline T, We are sorry to learn of your disappointment through tripadvisor, had you made us aware of your issues at the time of your stay we would have tried to rectify the situation. We were aware that the bunkhouse was in need of redecoration and after a busy season we completed the improvements mid October. Once again we...

Idyllic spot for 2 ladies from NZ and Australia. Gorgeous scenery in the Cairngorm National Park. Seems very popular for walkers, climbers etc. Found accommodation rather dated. Climbing into a bath for a shower not so easy. No view from bedroom.Very strong water pressure. Non existing wifi in room. Should be updated.Need to be at the office area for contact....

We stayed for two nights in late August and would happily return for a longer stay to explore more of this beautiful Sottish Glen and surrounding area. It is ideal if you are a walker or cyclist as there is so much to explore. I booked it as I had remembered it from when I was a student in 1987...

Glen Clova is extraordinary. We wanted a nice secluded getaway for our honeymoon back in February and that's exactly what we got plus more! My husband and I stayed in one of the lodges and thought it was perfect. Great facilities, loved the sauna and hot tub! Even though the other lodges around us were booked, we didn't notice, felt...

Attended a friends wedding here Aug 2016. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were outstanding. They were very organised and the food was lovely. I stayed in the bunkhouse which was a great price and just what I excepted. A few friends stayed in the lodges and hotel rooms which were very nice. A...

We have just got back from a long weekend for a friend's wedding where we hired one of the hotel's luxury lodges. The hotel is in such an amazing setting and our lodge too full advantage of the spectacular views, especially from the hot tub! The lodge had great facilities with lots of kitchen stuff. The food we had at...

Attend the hotel for a weekend in August 2016. The place was amazing! The staff were hard working, friendly and polite, consistently going out of their way to help! I would recommend the variety in accommodation to anyone, from families, to walkers to young couples. you could have a break with friends (with reasonable pub prices and great food!) or...

I spent last weekend here with friends at a motorcycling event, Friday night was very good, lovely food, a few bottles of wine and excellent company, I expected the same for Saturday night and was really looking forward to it. However, staff were less than helpful, they refused to serve us food from the "regular" menu, insisting their kitchen couldn't...

So, starting with the good stuff: the Hotel is in a beautiful location, the bar is cosy and has games for wet days, our double room (5) was clean, decor still fresh though not recent, stunning views, a seriously comfortable bed, no shortage of hot water and generous amount of tea/coffee/UHT milk etc provided. The food from the main menu...

I had the misfortune to be at the Glen Clova hotel attending a motorcycle rally on the 13th and 14th Agust 2016. The event had been booked for a year and the hotel had been given an idea of how many people would be attending. I am sure you managed to upset, offend or anger almost all of us. I...

Many thanks for taking the time to post a review on your recent stay with us and we are sorry to read that it didn't meet your expectations.
