I am currently working in Aberdeen but after a few months of staying in overpriced and overrated hotels in the centre I decided to get out into the countryside and take in some of the wildlife and views Deeside has to offer. I found the a Glendavan on trip advisor and it looked perfect, I was not mistaken! Everything you...

A warm and welcoming atmosphere exudes from Glendavan House. From the cozy parlor fireplace to the comfy four poster bed, it was a quiet respite after a busy day. This one time hunting lodge, built by Rebecca's grandfather, is full of charm. Breakfasts were delectable, and prepared with freshest ingredients by her father, Allan. Rebecca helped us plan an efficient...

Lovely weekend in this beautiful guest house. Certainly deserving of its 5 stars! My friend and I had an exceptionally warm welcome on arrival, after a long drive. Our twin room was beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and well equipped. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

We do a fair amount of travelling, and try to use B&B's when possible. However, Glendavan House is BY FAR the best accommodation we've had in many years. High quality in every respect, with the added amenities, such as fresh chocolates and port wine in every room. The sitting rooms were a delight. The day after we arrived Scotland had...

We could not have asked for more during our two nights at this wonderful B&B. Allan and his daughter, Rebecca, are the perfect hosts and the accommodations are spotless, roomy and comfortable in this perfect woodland setting. Both Allan and Rebecca shared a wealth of information about the area and, in fact, much of Scotland. Rebecca went out of her...

I've travelled a lot, and never come across anywhere as beautiful, as well kept, as welcoming and as interesting as Glendavan. My boyfriend treated me to a night away from the city, and what a surprise. Our suite was beautifully made up, fresh roses on the bathroom table, port and chocolate in the bedroom, a cd player with a great...

I have just had the pleasure of staying in the most wonderful b&b. I am well travelled and have been fortunate enough to stay in some of the best hotels. I don't usually take the time to write on trip adviser, but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so. If you are going to stay in this area...
