Really enjoyed staying here. My room was large, comfortable, clean, quiet and had all the amenities I could need plus quality biscuits! Nothing to complain about. The internet even worked and was free! It looks like they have recently (last few years) done a bit of an overhaul of the place as a lot of things seemed newish. Breakfast was... More

Besides comfortable beds, large rooms, yummy food and proximity to the Belfast International Airport, the thing that makes this small Inn really special is the charming proprietress, Paula, who goes out of her way to make you feel special. We all ( two senior couples traveling together) enjoyed our three night stay at the Inn. It was a quiet place... More

Very pleased you enjoyed your stay and were looked after well by our staff. Just a few points to clarify for the future and for other readers. Our website shows Afternoon Tea is on Sturday's only and booking is essential as all scones pastries etc are cooked fresh for the tea. Sunday has a special menu and special price which... More

I live quite close to this place so frequent it rather often. I will start with the negative before the plus. My favourite meal on any menu is fish and chips; traditional and tasty. The Inn Castledawson serves great fish, serves great chips...but when put together it is not great. The fish sits on top of the chips allowing the... More

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. It's a gem in a small town. The food was gourmet and quite yummy and the room, very comfortable. Lovely setting, Paula, the owner, has been in the hospitality business for many years and it shows. Lots of history I. This tiny town which isn't the home of a Noble Peace Prize... More
