Old hotel. Food are one-sided. Cheap equipment that sometimes doesn't even work. Value for money is not recommended. Ski bus schedule is not good. A lot of everything is just advertising, in reality it is poor.

Great time spend in hotel Junior. Very good location, just few minutes with skibus to cabins.The rooms were clean. Most pleasant staff on reception, restoran and bar.The staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Hope that next year going again.

Very polite staff on reception and kind waiters.Brekfast and dinner are exelent,ofers a variety of food tasty.Hotel is clean,hot and have big lobby.The room is clean and hot also.The hotel have own ski trail.Also offer a bus to gondola wich is 5 min ride.Gondola is 15 minits ride up to Mali Karaman.From thear you strat skiing.We are very satisfied with this hotel.

We currently in the middle of our stay. Food is not up to par for a 3 star hotel, buffet is very basic. The only drinks included in dinner buffet are water and blackberry juice. If you want something else, you have to pay additional. Rooms are old and the one we are in has a horrible bed; squeaks and we can feel the springs. My husband asked for a new mattress, nothing. Front desk is not helpful, rather grumpy. Waiters are very polite and professional. The nearest gondola is about an 11 -13 minute walk away and the hotel does not operate a free shuttle. The cost of the shuttle is about 1 euro per day, not expensive but this is a service the hotel should provide.

Dear Guest, Thank You for choosing us for Your vacation. First of all we are very sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our service and stuff on reception. Especially since our reception has a rating of 10/10 in every comment on social networks. We have read your complaints in detail and talked to colleagues who met with you during your stay. Accordingly, we will do our best to give you a detailed answer, and thus try to resolve these, I hope misunderstandings. First of all, we would like to mention that you are not staying in Hotel Junior. Your room is at Guest house Junior. By categorization, hotel with 3 stars and guest house have huge deferens in quality of accommodation and price range. So when you say that rooms are not suitable for 3 star hotel, I will mention again that You are not a guest of our 3 star Hotel part. Regarding you are part of a group that organized your trip, I hope you got this information before you have come. We can offer you, with extra charge, moving to Economic room in Hotel, or De Lux room if it suits You better. But for us, no meter what type of accommodation our guests choose (hotel or guesthouse), both have the opportunity to use the same facilities of our complex. That is way the price difference is based only on the quality of accommodation. Regarding our buffet dinner and it’s price of less than 5 EUR, in every dinner you can find in our standard offer 2 type of soup, 2 type of meat, 1 fish, 4-6 salads, 3 side dish, and 2 traditional meals, next to that there is always pie and more. Also there is bread table, as well as sweat table with various choices, filter water and our homemade blackberry juice. In accordance with all of the above, and at a given price, we think that is more than ok for a 3-star hotel. Given the price, we think it's okay to have a drink at extra cost. Regarding distance to Gondola, we have it very clear in our information, as well as on any internet maps, and with organizers of your trip, had all info about distance, shuttle bus and it’s cost. The only way that we can organize ski bus as a Hotel is to by ticket for guests from transporter. That means we would have to raise price for that amount and additional cost of procedure. Regarding that more than half of our guests doesn’t use shuttle bus, we thought it wouldn’t be fair to raise price, and that is beater to leave the choice for the guest will he use. On the other side we provided low price of 1 EUR for round trip with transporter. For any additional complain, or even regarding your previous comments, please, contact management over reception. We will be more than happy to help, and making your staying more pleasant. Best regards, Hotel Management

Excellent location, friendly aand polite personnel, good amenities, great food in the bar. Ski-run for beginners just in the front of hotel, ski service and ski rental also. Mini bus transport to the cable car that brings you to the Mali karaman peak.

Extremely well organized hotel, large and comfortable lobby area with smoking/ non smoking section. Playrooms for junger and older children. Restaurant on the slope with affordable and delicious food and drinks. Pleasant staff and great service. Clean, warm, comfortable and spacious rooms. Short slope, great for children and beginners just outside of the hotel. Shuffle buses to Kopaonik ski center.

The hotel is old with very small rooms, in all hotel is too cold. Even if we told them about the problem, they didn't start the heat intentional. We were a big group with kids, half of us got a very serios flue. Don't recommend!

We stayed for 3 days. The food is really tasty and the selection is good. There is a bus that takes you to the sky center so you do not need to drive. The rooms are warm and spacious. Staff is nice and friendly.

I spent several days with colleagues in this hotel. It has very nice renovated rooms, food is basic, but in general good. The hotel provides very good facilities for sports in summer period, but also in winter since the ski resorts of Kopaonik are not far away. Staff is generally kind. It seems that there was a lack of staff, which appears to be overworked. The cleaning service did not include tiding up the room and beds, only change of towels in the bathroom, which is under the standard for a 3-star hotel. Nature is wonderful and Kopaonik national park is a must see.
