Nice pleasant hotel, great service. Everything was great except the size of the spa and a pool. From one side, based on first impression of the hotel, and all foolowing services, a hotel staff... this hotel would have my warm recomendation. On teh other hand, where i head a great expectations, the size of the spa and pool size, wich is more like a big jacuzi than indoor pool, i was disapointed.

It was fantastic. Staff is professional and on the highest level, they were asking us how we travelled, let us come inside the room 1 hour before check-in, helped us to find what we need. The restaurant staff always was there to refill our juices and water. When we needed swimming pool, we didn't know how to find it and the staff was there to follow us up to the pool. We were so happy and grateful for that. This people made our experience even better

Amazing hotel with everything functioning perfect. Food was especially to be mentioned as indeed an international fusion cuisine. Beautiful apartment/suite...I stayed in 325 and the view was amazing. Chef is a well known expert in Balkans.
