Fully and comfortably equipped private apartment (room 313 if I remember correctly) in hotel Angela. Located in the center of Kopaonik, not a single meter away from markets, restaurants, ski lifts etc. Nice thing is that I stayed in this room on a 3rd floor, enough far from clubs at the bottom of the hotel complex where it can be very noisy in night hours (people that stay in a first floor rooms tend to complain about noise).

We have been coming to hotel Angela for the past 5 years . This year was a total disappointment .turns out the have portioned and sold the hotel to private individuals which means its every man for themselves.the reception staff are an independent unit not willing to assist or help as the rooms don’t belong to them anymore .they start you of with a list of things they won’t do for you . The individual owners don’t tell you what you are paying for. The reception just wants to charge you for absolutely everything including a drop off depot for you snowboards and skis.the room (we were given had mold on and smelled damp.When we tried to move to another room it was the same issues.when my wife tried speaking to the private owner , she was insulted and yelled at and called names.I have spent 80% of my life in hotels as I work for an airline and in all honesty, this was the worst experience.…

This hotel has been renovated relatively recently. Rooms are ok, not too spacious, food is very good, service is ok. It is located in the centre of Kopaonik, just a few steps from the ski slopes. They have various options for kids, both kids club and ski school. It is a nice choice for a family ski vacation.

We spent last two winter vacations at Kopaonik. Both times we stayed at the Angella hotel. It is close to the slopes, children friendly, has great variety of food. The first year we had a three bed room, which was very spacey and nice. This year we decided for the apartment with two rooms. We travel a lot and seldom have we experienced so children friendly staff. The only downside is that in the lobby of the hotel there is a smoking section. Depending on the number of people that smoke it can be stuffy. The hotel has its own ski storage easily accessible from the outside. Our experience is that rooms that are located towards the inner courtyard tend to be more quiet than the rooms towards the forest. There is a bar that sometimes plays loud music in the evenings.
