I have been to the odd dodgy pub in my time but this place was awful. The restaurant was empty and was set out like a canteen, all the tables in rows. Almost felt like a dodgy social club. The tables had table cloths and looked like they all needed a wash. Even weirder was that there was a DJ...

We visited here on Sunday, intrigued by the age of this pub and excited as family members had been told this was the place to go for Sunday lunch. We were a little surprised that there were so few people dining but, given that the rugby was on we excused the lack of people. The bar was quite full afterall....

We came to visit the pub on a Saturday night in October, as we have done for the last 14 years. The pub was in the AA good pub guide when we first started coming here, however it changed ownership and has had consistent problems with keeping their staff since. (Most staff have been really lovely). We have still been...

I found this place so relaxing. Iv eaten there a few times and they went out there way for us. We've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner and thought there food was great. The accommodation was clean and tidy. Everything you need for a break away in wales.

An impressive building with stunning views, conveniently located adjacent to the nearby holiday village. Walked from the village to this pub for dinner one Sunday evening - was quite busy so we sat in the larger hall style room, there was no music on in here (was in other rooms) so lacked atmosphere. Homemade curry and pie decent enough, the...
