The stay my wife and I (one room) and adult son (an adjoining room) had was wonderful. The hosts welcomed us and offered many very helpful hints about local special places to see that we did not know about and would not have known about without their taking time to introduce us to them. We could feel good about coming...

On the day of arrival, we arrived a bit early, because my husband wanted to see the footballgame. The B&Bowners were not amused we arrived early and you almost could call them unfriendly. My mother and I stayed in the twin room at Rectory Cottage early in September, and were delighted with the charm of this restored 17th century barn (the main part of the house is even older). Very warm welcome. Accomodation is fantastic, would love to live there forever. Location is really peaceful with birds and wildlife galore. Still thinking about the breakfast - we chose the special's, eggs benedict which was fab. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be back to visit very soon.

Clean, comfortably rooms and breakfasts which are a cut above the usual B&B fare enhance its appeal, as does a genuinely warm welcome. There are several excellent pubs nearby that provide food in the...

We stayed one night at this 16th century old bnb, in the Vale of Usk, and wished we could have stay longer! It was perfect in every way. Our hosts were lovely - happy to chat or leave us alone. We stayed in the twin bedroom, which was spotlessly clean and delightfully furnished. We fell asleep listening to the owls...
