Spend a week at Paradise Bay Bahamas and discover the Bahamas like you've never seen them. 40 minutes flight from Nassau, crossed by the Tropic of Cancer, the island of Great Exuma is known for its idyllic landscapes, its park and the natural beauty of the seabed. Far from the tourist croud, you will stay in a beautiful 1 or 2 bedrooms cottage, located in one of the most beautiful bays of Exuma. You will stay along the seaside, a few feet from a 1.2 miles long beach on which no resort is installed. Protected by a natural coral reef, this bay is one of the wildest on Exuma.

We had an amazing stay at Paradise bay. The sea front cottages, the amenities and the location are incredible. What made our stay even more incredible is the kindness and hospitality of Norbert and the whole team. So devoted to help you visit the best places on the island. It’s very rare to have such a dedicated team who is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the place that is very well located on the island.

My family stayed here in November and we loved every minute. This small resort has everything and the staff is super friendly. It's located on a quiet bay with free kayas, SUP and snorkeling gears. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying the beach is absolutely amazing! It is very private and sometimes we were the only people around. I loved the fact we had easy access to the beach and beach chairs right out the front door of our villa. If you are wanting ONLY a beautiful beach to relax on, this is your place! The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. If like us ,you want a beautiful beach but also more high end amenities this is probably not the place for you. I realize it is listed as a three star property, but I thought with all the five star reviews it would be better. I will give some examples and you can make your own decision. I wish someone had mentioned these on the reviews I had read. The towels, sheets, beach towels were all old, thin, and worn. The mattress was hard as a rock, and we didn't sleep well. We spoke to some other guest and they said the same thing. We rented a two bedroom villa to have more space, and both beds were bad. The villa was very cute, with it's own private porch facing the sea which was great. I believe it is the highest priced accommodations.at PB. The villa had a full kitchen ( pots, pans, glasses, flatwear, microwave ) but not a single amenity except a used bottle of dish soap. No dish cloths, no salt and pepper, no tissues, no paper towels, no plastic cups to take to the beach, no coffee filters, no water. We have stayed in other similar accommodations and these were provided, also 3 star. Some of the kitchen chairs were not safe to sit in. The restaurant on site was hit or miss. The small pool you would never want to get in. Dirty, old, needed water. If you ate in your 20's and can sleep anywhere and not quite accustom to nicer things go for it! You will probably love it. If you are older than that , and prefer nicer accommodations, you may want to check out Grand Isle. We ended up spending a good bit of time there. Great pool, bar and restaurants. The beds are what killed it for us at Paradise Bay. We could have accepted the other mild inconveniences. and lack of amenities. Grand Isle cost abut twice as much so you will have to pay. Just an honest review so you can make an informed decision. We would not stay here again and would be willing to pay more to stay somewhere else.

What a great place for a honeymoon! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with all the questions we had. They made reservations for us several times and even gave us a map of the island to point us to all of the most popular spots. The cottage was very clean and adorable! The landscaping is top notch, very clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Cedric and his staff did a wonderful job hosting our visit. Beautiful beach with little or no people. We stayed at Musha Cay, which was very nice but not luxurious. Daily housekeeping provided. However, there were frequent power outages that lasted many hours and one time through the night. A back up generator is needed and Ceric stated there will be one installed fall of 2022. Also brighter lights are needed in the bungalow. We'll probably be back especially if back up generator is up and operating.

Wonderful place to stay. The hotel is the only larger place on the bay, making the beach feel really exclusive. Rooms are simple, very clean, private and comfortable. The views are gorgeous. Cedric and his staff are amazing - very friendly and approachable. They will help arrange any tours, rental cars and give great tips on where to go. The restaurant is very nice, too. Food is good and they do take credit cards. They are open every day. Highly recommend this little gem!

In June of 2020 my daughter became engaged and they decided on a Bahamas out island wedding. The search began lol. We choose Paradise Bay Villas for our group of 34 renting every villa as well as the Sandcastle Villas next store in which Cedric assisted. Communication with Cedric was excellent. Countless emails answered polite and courteous and informative. No hidden costs or services. The staff at Paradise Bay Villas are wonderful! Every single person we encountered was friendly, courteous, and just plain nice. Everyone! Norbert the property manager is awesome! The front desk staff are awesome, cleaning staff awesome! The views are to die for, great beach-one of the best I have ever been too and the kids loved the swing on the beach. Paddle boards for use, loungers, etc. An awesome place for a wedding as well. We were all close enough together yet not on top of each other for privacy and autonomy. This is not a 5 star resort but has 5 star service! If you want a relaxing, laid back, go with the flow place-this is it! We were all very happy with accommodations and service. Just can't be beat period.

The resort looks just like their pictures and videos. We booked with Cedric the owner who was so kind, accommodating and helpful, especially since we we had to reschedule due to a family loss. Everything was Very simple and right on the beach, almost like a perfect quiet escape on your own private beach. With the prettiest clear water and white smooth sand. Any questions we had Norbert took care of us at the main office. He was amazing. The maid service was beyond warming, our lady was Kenris and she was full of positivity and kindness. She was amazing! We recommend bring lots of bug repellant and spray and cream. Wear sun screen! Constantly apply! The restaurant that is next to the resort and connected to it was great too! Coco plum Bistro. You have to make a reservation for dinner service there. They do have a credit card machine and you can charge to the room and pay at the end of your stay when you eat there. I highly recommend you bring a lot of cash. The ATMs you will need a ride from a taxi or rent a vehicle and the closest ones are at grand isle or the airport. Then the central bank is all the way in Georgetown. You will go through your cash fast so keep on top of it as the ATMs run out fast. The food was amazing! The people, the culture ….everything. Definitely recommend booking an excursion, go see the wildlife, the swimming pigs, the snorkeling and all the sites, it’s worth it. We did lose power twice while here but it was back up within the hour, no problem. The Wi-Fi was perfect no issues for me. I have AT&T I got an international plan and phone worked great with zero issues. Last don’t trust the weather apps, it said rain and lightening. The last two days we were here, at night there was some thunder and lightening but the days were perfect with none of that and slight overcast that eventually cleared. The days were perfect. I hope you all enjoy this hidden Gem!

We just returned from a wonderful, restful 6 night stay at Paradise Bay Bahamas. Our two bedroom villa was clean, with a beautiful view of the water and small pool. My mom stayed on one side of the villa and my husband and I on the other with adjoining doors for privacy when needed. Nicka in the office was wonderful from the moment we arrived, helping us with a rental car, booking a private boat and an Aqua quest tour. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our unit each day and supplying us with fresh beach and bath towels. The beach itself was amazing, crystal clear water, white sand and never had more than 12 people on it. The restaurant on property was very good with reasonable prices. Make sure you bring cash as credit cards are not accepted at the restaurant. I can’t say enough great things about this property if you are looking to rest and enjoy the beach. It was perfect and the price was right.
