I did not stay at the club, but booked a one day guided bonefish trip. I flew over from Nassau for the day. The flight was cheap, and Juliet explained how to get to Andros Island and had me picked up at the airport. My guide, Danny, knew the area well, and even though he thought it was a slow...

This is a lodge for fishing and they do that well. The rooms are basic but nothing else is needed. If you are coming fishing bring all your tackle and flies. There is no place on the island to buy more and the lodge and guides did not provided any. Showing up with the ability to cast is a plus....

I have visited twice and will be back. Great bonefish and excellent guides that ensure you catch “enough”. Lots of other species to fish as well. Stunning scenery. Great food, good lodges and very nice people.

Stunning. What a fabulous place in a stunning location. Great set up. We were kayaking, not fishing! We met Shawn on the West coast of Andros. He is the most incredible forward thinking and hospitable person you can imagine. The food is delicious. Home cooked with pride and skill. The rooms are immaculate with fridge and air conditioning which we...

Had a great time with the Leadon family his past Feb. I hated to leave but work was calling. Rooms are nice, food was great and fishing was... well fishing!! This is a dedicated angling lodge. They have a kayak but NOTHING else for non angling visitors. Staff are very helpful, kind and polite... I love the Bahamas!!

I have stayed here 5 times and it feels like home every time I come back. Their service is genuine, rooms are clean, food is great and the beer is cold. The staff takes the time to ask questions and ensure my expectations are exceeded. Thanks for a great stay!

I've been visiting AIBC since 2004 twice a year pretty religiously. I have also extensively fly fished the FL keys and other islands / lodges in the Bahamas - including 3 other on Andros. I can tell you that while you can find more "plush" lodges (if that is your objective) you would be hard pressed to find one that...

Went on my first trip to the Bahama's in October and stayed at the Andros Island Bonefishing Club. The staff and the guides were awesome!!! I had never fly fished before and Shawn (one of the owner's) took me out solo and was incredible. I landed 5 fish!!! The thrill of landing your first bone is amazing. When they take...
