What an amazing and relaxing trip. Katybel is the host you've always dreamed of: comfortable and clean rooms, well stocked, breakfast in the morning, and an amazing backyard and garden! Not to mention Katybel's kind demeanor. I just made a short weekend trip as a solo traveler and she picked me up from the airport and gave me a tour...

Seagrape House has two very comfortable, well-kitted out rooms adjacent to the main house. Amenities include a very pleasant courtyard, on a nice property, which is a 5 minute walk to Lucaya Beach, and Katybel, our hostess, serves a very good continental style breakfast. A long term resident of Grand Bahama with husband Barry, Katybel was a wealth of information...

We stayed with Katybel at the beginning of January, and she was an awesome host. When we arrived in Freeport she was there waiting to give us a ride to the Seagrape Bed and Breakfast. Every morning Kate had breakfast ready for us (daily variety), and she was sure to pop out for a quick visit. She would check-in to...

My fiance and I were recently in Freeport for a wedding. Our stay with Katybel was all around wonderful. She was prompt at picking us up at the airport, she even kept an eye out on our delayed flight. As we were driving to her house she drove through the more scenic route, providing us with facts about the island....

This is beautiful house with garden close to the amazing beach. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Katy and Barry are so friendly, we had a great time there. Don't stay in crowded hotel resorts but enjoy your hidden paradise on this amazing island!

Katybel met us at the airport and even drove us back the next day to pick up the luggage that failed to arrive on our flight. We have been to Freeport at least 3 times before but being with a family who have lived here...

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Seagrape for a week in February. We enjoy this island so much, this is our 3rd time to Freeport in the last 5 years. First time was time share, second time was large hotel, and this time with Seagrape - which was by far our favorite. Katybel was the perfect...

I can't say enough good things about Katybel and the service my girlfriend and I received at Seagrape House. It started with complimentary pick up from the ferry terminal. The room is great, and nicely seperate from the main house. Having our own door to the house was a nice touch, too. Breakfast was different everyday but always delicious. It's...

“The room with the two beds (one single bed and one queen) has a sliding door/window out to the patio, leaving the doors open with the ceiling fan gets you a wonderful cross breeze - no need to use the aircon.”

“We stayed in the double/twin room. The double bed was big enough to fit two adults.”
