After looking at the website and reading various reviews, we chose this hotel and was anticipating our stay there. After checking into our room, we very shortly checked out! I can only tell you about the room. The bathroom was not clean looking. The grout around the tub and floor was black and mildewy--the tub looked old and dirty. The...

I went to the bahamas for a week end with two of my friends! the cruise was amazing, everything was perfect on board: the food, the different animations...The hotel was well-located, walk to beach and the pool was gorgeous! The only negative aspect was the service at the hotel, people were rude especially one of the girl at the reception...

After reading reviews was hesitant to stay. Have been going to the island for 26 years never stayed in this area. Rooms were not filthy but old and tired. Check in was great. All staff was friendly with the exception of the lady working on our check out date 3/28. Not friendly at all. Mr. Portier was great with the...

As soon you arrive at the hotel, you will be yelled at like it is a boot camp. A Drill Sergeant by the name of Adrian will yell at you & tell you no luggage is allowed in the lobby. You have to leave you luggage outside & if you want your luggage in lobby you have to carry with...

This hotel is good enough if you looking for just lazy days by the pool or beach. Beach is really amazing, probably the best thing around here!!! However, staff could've showed a little more friendliness and politeness (I'm talking about front desk personnel)... For example, the gift shop is opened till 11 PM, but when we went down one night...

This hotel was pretty awful. Paperthin walls, mattresses falling apart, blanket with burn holes, leaky toilets. Awoke one day to no electricity. Hotel desk personnel were only animated when suggesting we visit their timeshare property or when asking to be named as exemplary staff.

We were in a 1 bedroom unit in The Marlin on the top floor overlooking the pool. The room was remodeled and looked nice, but the air unit had a leak and we could see and smell mold growing in our bedroom. We informed the front desk and she said that wasn't her job or problem. Overall, we found the...

To cut a very long unpleasant story short, my boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel numerous times...we're MORE than loyal guests but it seems like every time other than the awesome first two experiences we had with this place four years ago, the entire place had downgraded. On our most recent and LAST trip, we checked in and...

After making and prepaying for a stay of five nights here, I was a little dubious after reading some of the negative comments on this website. My wife and I went there nevertheless and had a wonderful time. The hotel is one block from the beach and you have access to their sister property ( a five star resort). We...

We checked into room 304. On the first night we awoke to being attacked and eaten by at least 50 bedbugs on us. The sheets were covered in blood from the ones we had crushed in our sleep. The staff was good in providing us an immediate alternate room, room 310, but we could not sleep, the damage was done....
