I wouldn't stay here if I was paying for a hotel in Freeport myself. Stayed two nights before joining a ship. Plenty issues with the rooms that our group had and some had to wait ages for food to arrive. Having said that, the Western Omelette I had each morning for breakfast was hearty and very nice.

The position is not close to the sea, and you need a taxi to get there. However the hotel is clean and staff is kind. The rooms are clean and nicely arranged, located around a nice pool. We've been there only one night, however I'd like to recommend it.

Eight of us stayed at this hotel after an amazing week of diving at Tiger Beach with Blue Iguana Charters. We had to layover one night in Freeport to catch our flights back home. The hotel check in staff was pleasant and the room was large and the beds good enough for an inexpensive night. There was a refrigerator and...

Since our ordinary hotel did not serve decent food, we went across the street to the Royal Islander. Have had two dinners here now, and here the food actually has a taste, and that is positive. They also have pleasant staff, and a pool that looks inviting.

Good Evening Manager, I recently spent a week at your hotel and the stay was oh so pleasant. I stayed at your hotel before, and bragged about the hospitality of the staff; until recent. I had a very negative greeting and telephone conversation with one of your staff members at the front desk. It was the evening shift and the...

Our stay at the Royal Islander was amazing. The resort was clean and accommodating. There were lots of activities for kids and adults. There was even a free shuttle that took you to other Royal Resorts. A total of 4 in all. You could use the facilities at each one and eat at the different restaurants.

Spacious room with nice dining area. All staff was wonderful, nice and very helpful. I had a wonderful stay with them. However, I can not recommend the Hotel Restaurant. I have more...

dirty place, trash all over the place around the pool. the ice is in an open place where everyone reaches in. the wifi was terrible. the bed was horrible. the floors were dirty. the worse part was the hidden fees. I reserved this room on hotels.com. when i checked out they added $59 worth of hidden fees.

I had one night before I went out to a bonefish lodge. It fit the bill. I wanted something close the airport and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and they had an inexpensive breakfast in the morning. The room was good sized with 2 queens and the air conditioning worked well. They have wifi in the lobby but no computers...

The hotel is located down town, not on the beach. It is clean, comfortable, cool, and quite. It is not fancy, but it is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a pool and hot tub as well as a ping pong table. There is also a laundry if you need that. They have a restaurant...
