I stayed at Pelican Bay Resort from 8/11 thru 8/15. It was great! I booked this thru Expedia (this is the third time that I've used them) and once again everything went smoothly -- the flight, hotel reservations and tours booked -- it all went without a hitch! Good job Expedia! Okay, back to the hotel...I arrived early (around 12:30)...

I stayed at Pelican Bay for a week of fishing. The staff were excellent, bending over backwards to support and schedule our non fishing activities. I found the rooms clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pools and grounds were clean and well cared for. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at pelican bay 07/26/2011 to 08/01/2011. We had a wonderful vacation and cannot say enough about beautiful bahamas and pelican bay... We stayed in a 4th floor stateroom. The room was gorgeous and huge. We had a stunning view of the harbor which we loved! The room was decorated in a very tropical style and...

The suite we stayed in was huge, it felt like a small apartment, complete with a wonderful balcony with a stunning view and lots of great art; I think even the tiles in the bathroom were handmade. Free in-room espresso machine and pastries delivered each morning made getting up early easy. The three small hotel pools are all nestled in...

This boutique hotel is located on the water. You can walk across the street to a beautiful beach or take the boat to a smaller, quieter beach. A walk along the dock brings you into the marketplace with numerous shops and many fabulous restaurants. When you arrive, you are greeted by Stanley with his friendly smile and helpful attitude which...

We had an excellent three night stay at Pelican Bay. The room was clean, breakfast was very good, pools were nice and the beach was almost empty. I guess this was low season. Our rental car broke down just before we had to leave for the airport - a stressing experience. The frontdesk was very friendly. They called the rental...

Room was clean and spacious. Grounds were pretty. Front desk staff didn't seem too interested in helping us to find a tour the first day that we arrived in the afternoon. (They seemed busy.) We popped by the next morning, however, and they arranged for a shuttle to pick us up to snorkel at Dead Man's Cove. To date, DMC...

Pelican Bay at Lucaya is paradise found on the island of Freeport, Grand Bahama. While all of the beach areas at Freeport are beautiful, they are also extremely busy. Pelican Bay is a quite and secluded location right across from the beach resorts and has all the amenities of a Four Star resort. It is right next to the Port...
