We had a very pleasant stay at the Pelican. It's probably the only hotel that was not affected by the hurracaine. The suite was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. We had a great view of the bay and we loved the complementary boat taxi taking you to the beach. The beach close by charges 50$ for entrance so the boat...

Upon check in we were given room 128. We walked to the room, slid the key card in the door and found the room to be already occupied! Actually, the previous resident had checked out but the room had not been cleaned. My husband went back to the front desk, told them what happened and they then gave us 314....

Well, I had a room with tow small beds. One of them of you sat on the edge, it tilted over. The floor and bathroom were a little dirty and around fixtures had lime buildup. The room made my wife sick the entire time, as it appears the air conditioner was causing her some issues. I understand they are going...

We had a very nice experience at Pelican Bay Hotel. We were there for a week at the end of Feb to beginning of March 2016, and was pleasantly surprised. I believe they describe themselves as a "boutique hotel" and yes with some 70's aspects to it, but I just consider that to be the island-style ;) . As another...

Beds are wonderful. No bugs and grounds nicely groomed by large staff. Appetizers and wine are complimentary and could serve as dinner. Can shop and dine in walking distance. Highly recommend Bones bar.

We visited Pelican Bay through a Groupon at the end of June 2016. The only issue we had was getting our room on time. The hotel was completely booked the day before and with people leaving late the day we arrived they cleaning crew were behind on cleaning the rooms. Understandable but not what we expected nor were we ready...

I was upgraded to a suite on the bottom floor out looking the bay. The room was nice but the bed was right up to the outside wall and I could hear the foot traffic as people and cleaning people walked by. I worked at night so I had the cleaning during the time that I was gone. It took...

We had no idea what to expect but had an amazing time here. My all the hotels here are open yet after Hurricane Mathew so there are not many tourists around making this a perfect time to come. The pool just off our patio is beautiful as are the hotel grounds. Everything you could need or want is just a...

So we went here for our honeymoon, March 3-9. We got picked up by a van-taxi that came with the overall package. We got to the hotel, the check in was easy and fast. The customer service was excellent. They helped with any questions we had (because we didn't know where anything was) The pools were clean, the rooms were...
