So we went here for our honeymoon, March 3-9. We got picked up by a van-taxi that came with the overall package. We got to the hotel, the check in was easy and fast. The customer service was excellent. They helped with any questions we had (because we didn't know where anything was) The pools were clean, the rooms were...

Our room was spacious and pleasant. We had a view of the pool and the bay from our room and could walk out directly to the pool area. The room had a refrigerator and bar area. We were in our room when the maid came. She didn't offer to clean the room but simply asked if we wanted clean towels....

We recently had our wedding at this hotel. We chose it because the room rates were so affordable for our guests. We knew that it was a cheap place. The rooms are in rough shape, stained, dirty looking (although clean), uncomfortable couches/chairs. This would even been acceptable if their staff was competent and nice. They tend to be unhelpful and...

Centrally located with great views of the Harbour. However, repairs to the hotel is still in progress post hurricane. Rooms have a strange eclectic decor that I did not find appealing. Water activities were available but because of a business trip, I did not have the time to take advantage of it. Overall an acceptable stay with no frills.

I enjoyed my large, peaceful room with the espresso type machine and array of coffees. Bay view sunrise on the balcony was very nice. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly. Hotel has a lock up room for luggage if you have a later flight. No beach access, so you have to walk to a nearby hotel that will allow...

Given this property an Average score but it was pretty good overall, not Very Good. Reception was ok, no stand outs. The room was large, king bed and a little lumpy. Linen was ok, not great. Safe, iron, coffee making and a sink in a kitchenette. Smaller TV and table and chair with a sofa chair. The room was quite...

We stayed here for our Anniversary in February and Pelican Bay was amazing! The room was very spacious, clean and featured a small kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the Pelican Bay and the "quiet" pool. The property was very clean and we observed employees cleaning on a daily basis. The staff was very helpful and friendly during the check-in process...

We were scheduled to stay in the huge hotel across the road (GrandLucayan) for three days and two nights but it has been closed since Hurricane Matthew caused major destruction to the Island and the Grand Lucayan has not yet fixed whatever damage they sustained. It is obvious the economy is struggling. Cruise ships are only recently starting to return....
