We are staying at the Atlantis for 5 days. The resort is beautiful, slides are fun, staff is friendly, food is expensive but good.
The only thing that bothers me is some of the obnoxious American tourists who think they own the place. Rude and...More

What once was the gorgeous sprawling resort of Atlantis has turned into a money pit that apparently even Marriott has not been able to save. Having this been my fifth visit to the Beach Tower and Atlantis resort I had hoped to say my experience...More

My stay was lacking to say the least. The service was horrible 80% of the time. You were lucky if you got someone who was kind and gave good service. Most staff were very annoyed to be there or help you. We were locked out...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
I booked our family of four in a terrace view room with two queen beds through Atlantis for our upcoming arrival on, July third.
After speaking with a rep prior to booking, she stated that Terrace View rooms were on the lower floors with views of lazy river, Sting Rays or a Garden. We all were So Excited, but now feeling anxious about getting stuck with a view of a parking lot!
Are the water view rooms the only rooms that have this?
Can we keep a Terrace Room on a lower floor and have view of stingrays, lazy river or garden?
Will this request require an upgrade?
I look forward to any reply to help me with this.
