We purchased a day pass for $60 through Bahama Cruise Excursions to use the beach & pool area at this hotel while our cruise ship was in port. The hotel was a short walk from the boat and main downtown shopping area. Check in was very easy and the front desk staff was nice and explained everything that came with...

My husband and I (early 30's) booked this vacation at least 6 months in advance and stayed during low season in October and got tremendous value for money. It is important to note that they-like many city hotels- have a local tax that is applied per person per night- but even with this additional charge we still paid a lot...

The hotel was very nice. They had the beach avaible but the pool was suddenly closed the day we arrived. They were renovating. The bad thing was that all the roof cover they had for the daybeds were for drycleaning. So when we got sunburned we could not be outside at the hotel.

We purchased a Day Pass for access to the beach while our cruise ship was in port for the day. It was a short walk from the cruise pier. The beach is nice with plenty of loungers and shade. There is also a large pool area and outdoor bar/grille. We enjoyed the few hours we were here.

Out trip was mainly business and coming from working in a hotel it was sad to see that the only staff that made us felt welcome and ask "how we were doing and were we enjoying our trip" was the housekeeping staff! They were very nice and happy!

This centrally located beach front hotel is very handy for the cruise ships which is also part of its downfall. If you are not from the ships you still have to suffer looking at these monstrosities as they dock right opposite the beach their noisy customers then purchasing day passes to use the hotel. The hotel itself is nice enough...

With in easy distance to the cruise ship port. A nice beach and beautiful rooms. helpful staff. Much better than taking a group tour from the ship, beach right there and beautiful pool and grounds. I just did a day stay but could not have been happier.

A 300-ft long private white sand beach is furnished with lounge chairs and thatched sunshades overlooking the harbor offering a peaceful and secluded access for an ocean swim or a day in the sun. Use of kayaks and snorkeling gear on the beach is complimentary. Bordered on one side by a tropical garden, the hotel's freshwater pool offers harbor views and has an expansive sundeck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Both the sundeck and beach offer views of cruise ships moored nearby, and of the western tip of Paradise Island, 300 yards offshore. Guests can snooze in hammocks on the lawn adjacent to the pool. The property can also organize trips out reef snorkeling island exploring, boating, golf, tennis and scuba diving. For dining options, Aqua is a fun, casual restaurant serving international favorites with a Caribbean flair, or guests can meet up for cocktails at the Bullion Bar.
