The condo was very well appointed, with everything we needed to enjoy the island, including nice beach chairs, cooler, maps and information. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great! The entire facility was dreamy! It's just a short walk to town and we felt completely safe walking to and from dinner in the evening. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

We are so glad we decided to spend our last days on STJ at Sea Shore Allure! The place is immaculate, quiet, loved the small size, and everything has been thought of for your stay. Multiple grills, hot tubs, even the bathroom by the pool is spotless. The rooms are amazingly well-equipped with everything you need - coolers, chairs, stuff for the pool, the kitchen is fantastic with everything you could need, bathrobes, DVDs, books, bathrooms, even a set of dumbbells - can't say enough.
Location is also great. Being on the water with views from your porch and pool, and also a quick walk to down (though up/down very steep hills, so not for everyone).
Best part is the staff. Lee was so helpful before and during our stay. The woman who cleaned our room was so kind and helpful, and everyone you see greets you like family and is always tiding up and making sure your experience is great.
We highly recommend it here!

Upon our arrival at Seashore Allure we were greeted so warmly by Lee and were in awe of the beautiful surroundings of Seashore Allure. Our suite was so clean, impressively furnished, inviting and all the little details made us feel special. We appreciated the welcome basket and the fact that so many amenities were available to us in the fridge and cupboards. The setting is amazing and the views are breathtaking. One of our immediate reactions was, “We’re coming back next year.” Throughout the week our interactions with Delbert and Lee were always very pleasant and any questions we had were answered promptly. We also enjoyed the personal connections we made with the other guests from all over the Eastern mainland US. We could easily walk to downtown Cruz Bay for dinner or shopping. While the roads to the beaches are definitely steep, twisted and challenging in places, the soft white sand and the cerulean blue water is beyond compare. We handed out many of your business cards as we talked to people on the beach and they asked where we were staying because we were so impressed. We look forward to returning for another fantastic vacation next year.

We booked this place and a month later , week before the trip they canceled our booking. Everything was already paid in full We booked through Travelocity and that company tried to help us fix it. I am not sure why they run their property like this We have heard that this happens a lot with this property. We can’t speak to the property itself because we had to change locations after hours of work. Stay away - nothing is worse than thinking you have a vacation booked and paid for and then you get a call 5 days before messing it all up because they overbooked. How does that happen when you only have 20-30 units to keep track of. Look someplace else if you don’t want this aggravation!

So much thanks to the great staff of Sea Shore Allure! The villas were an absolutely great find for my wife and I to take a getaway from the worries of work and life for just a few days. The one bedroom unit was exquisite! The view was nice from both our balcony as well as the pool and garden area.
If you have the opportunity to go to St John, I would highly recommend Sea Shore Allure not only for its kind staff, but also because you will have everything you need for you and your family to take full advantage of the many beautiful wonders of St John!

My husband and I have been there twice in 2021, this how awesome this place is. The last trip we stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and it was great. It was spacious for 4 adults and clean. They supply everything you think you need from laundry detergent to drinks in the refrigerator and condiments, beach towels to floaty. Out space is great as well..

We enjoyed living in luxury while on St. John at Sea Shore Allure! Spacious and well appointed condos with everything you need and more! The kitchen was well stocked and so were the linens. The large showers and tubs were an extra luxury that we enjoyed as well. Delrise was wonderful on arrival and great with communication before and during our stay. The location was a quick drive to groceries and the roundabout that takes you to north shore/centerline/Cruz bay while still being “away from it all” The bay that the condos sit on and have a view of is the same bay the car ferry goes in and out - I was worried initially that this would be unsightly or noisy but it ended up not being a problem at all. My son loved to watch the boats come back and forth. We hope for to the opportunity to visiting again!

I would highly recommend Seashore Allure when visiting St John.
First of all, the staff is amazing and really try to help make your stay in St John the best. Even after you leave, their service is top notch (we left a charge behind and they mailed it to us!).
Secondly, the room is so very well stocked. From beverages in the refrigerator to a welcome basket of snacks to a smoothie maker, this place has it all! The outdoor area was also well equipped with grills, hot tubs, and a luxury pool area. The only 1 thing that is a draw back is the proximity to the car ferry (lots of car ferries going to and fro).
Lastly, the proximity to Cruz Bay is perfect. It is short enough to walk if you'd like, yet, far enough away to be out of the bustling streets.

I cannot recommend the Sea Shore Allure on St. John US Virgin Islands enough. This villa operates at a standard above and beyond any I could ever imagine. My nephew and his wife invited me along for his Birthday/Father’s Day celebration weekend. This was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The Seashore Allure was immaculate. We were in one of the two bedroom apartments. I was completely happy just staying on the grounds and looking out from the balcony for the view. There are several amenities I could mention, however, I fell in love with our bathroom shower. The room was immaculately clean, well decorated, and comfortable. I have Sleep Apnea, and can I just tell you I DID NOT USE MY CPAP. Wish I could have brought the mattress and pillows home with me. The air and breeze off the water was more than I ever expected. The gazebo/pergola had a full kitchen for outdoor dining. Although we were right at the water’s edge, the private pool was easily accessible. The hot tub was actually hot. The pool and tub were cleaned and sanitized each morning. I sat on the balcony and listened and watched the waves. The Sea Shore Allure has such a relaxing ambience. I could not be happier with my nephew’s decision to have his birthday destination in these beautiful surroundings. I plan to return!! I really can’t praise this place and it’s owner’s enough. I felt totally safe and secure, and when you go to a place for the first time, this is high on my chart for perfection.

I write this review with mixed feelings. I am not sure I want those who read this to book a vacation at this great resort as we want to make sure we can return next year LOL. This was the perfect spot for us. It had everything we wanted and then some. Very quiet and peaceful and just a short walk to the downtown area where you can find some really great places to eat. We love to fish and cooked our catch for dinner a couple of nights. If I could recommend one thing that would be to have some food bought ahead of time especially if you have a long travel day as we did. We shopped on our second day there and found everything we needed at Starfish Market ( 10 min walk). Our warmest thanks to our hosts - We will be back!!!!!

Good Morning
Sea Shore Allure is located on a pebbled beach that is not conducive for swimming nor wheel chair accessibility. However, our property is very close( 10 minute drive) to the VI National Park of many beautiful beaches of fine white sand and crystal clear waters. And most of the beaches do have paved paths as you approach the bay areas. You would have lots of great times where every you go on St. John!
There are more places to choose from in the Cruz Bay area.
