Stayed here for 4 nights , and found the B and B to be welcoming with lovely clean rooms and delicious breakfasts. The staff were very attentive too, and nothing was too much trouble. The B and B itself is conveniently situated for the Brecon Beacons National Park and surrounding area , being about 2 to 3 miles north on...

My group of two families went to visit Brecon area and stayed in this Guest House for one night. We booked two rooms (one family suite and one executive twin). We had one extra child in our party compared to the booking and we said we would pay extra right from the start, as it was easy to setup one...

The rooms were reasonable, but the whole place smelt of stale cooking fat. It was very expensive compared to others in the area, and I can't imagine why they have a four star rating. The worst thing was a truely terrible breakfast. It seems they used the cheapest possible meat and eggs, and at £80 per night, I really don't...

We spent a week staying in B&Bs, they were all excellent except this one, the accommodation was reasonable but one of the proprietors, an older woman, seemed to resent and detest the guests, she was permanently uptight and extremely unpleasant for no apparent reason. On holiday you just want to relax and the last thing you want is a proprietor...

Straight to the point. This is a great place in a great location. The people were fantastic and the views are superb. I could not praise this place enough. If you need somewhere to stay in the area just stay at this place you will not be disappointed. It has very poor mobile signal.

This hotel is in a good location for visitors to Brecon's national park. However the hotel is very rustic- the room was large but the shower and wash basin were right in the room, only the toilet was in the 'water closet'. The room needed an update and a thorough cleaning. The bed was clean and comfortable but this is...

We stayed for one night in this lovely place. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was excellent, both in terms of quality and service. The area has loads of attractions. I'd recommend the Showcave Centre and (for young kids) Cantref Activity Centre. The horse-riding at Cantref is particularly superb. The Guest House is situated by a huge picturesque reservoir...

This guest house is very comfortable and the rooms are lovely. Easily the most comfortable property I have stayed in for this price. Breakfasts great and service good. There are not many places I would go back to but this is one of them. Handy for walking etc. Very popular and full all the time we were there. Rooms very...
