Bolongo Bay Beach Resort is relatively small, and family oriented. For us, those were both very positive attributes. Also, the staff was helpful and friendly, although there were some highlights and exceptions that warrant mention. The servers at Iggies Beach Bar and Grill were attentive and enthusiastic. Also, the crew on the resprt's catamaran, Heavenly Days, were exceptional during our...

In any other country, town, or island, Bolongo Bay would rank an average rating at best, but on St. Thomas it is a real bargain on an island where run-of-the-mill Marriott rooms run at over $300/night! Not a chain hotel, but run by a family, Bolongo has its own little bay, great for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, jet skiing and generally...

We recently stayed at Bolongo Bay for two nights. Overall, we were happy with our stay. - The beach is very nice. It's a bit small, but it wasn't very crowded when we were there. A few people from the cruise ships were on the beach, but not like something you would see at Magens Bay. Snorkeling, kayaks (anything non-mortorized)...

Six of our family members stayed at Bolongo Bay beach resort for 4 days and it was the best trip ever. The whole staff was pleasant to all of us and we never needed anything while we were there. The food is fabulous and the drinks are fantastic, ask for 007. From the check in desk with Antoinette to our...

Bolongo bay had a great location with very friendly staff (Especially Ross, Jack of All Trades - YOU ROCK!!!!!) Great water toys. Loved the staff on The Heavenly Daze. The Lobster Grill and Iggy's were great resturants. We stayed for three days 12/10-12/12, which was enough time (we didn't venture into town much since St. Thomas is too congested). We...

This hotel is good for what it is - an older property on a very small beach. I guess I had higher expectations based on the word 'Resort" in their name. Here's what to expect: 1) The hotel is clusters of 2 story rooms. They all face the beach, so you're either on the first floor or the second -...

If you're looking for a fun vacation - this is your place!!! I got married at Bolongo Bay and had thirty of my nearest and dearest fly down with us and most stayed well into the honeymoon. It was the time of my life. The adults had fun, the kids had fun. Where else can you find that? And I'll...

Great little hotel directly on the beach @ Bolongo Bay. Smaller European style resort w/ a wonderful bar (Iggies) & restaurant (Lobster Grill) on the property. All non-motorized activities are free @ the beach. Bay included rays, turtles & abundance of fish for some nice snorkeling. Easy to get to Charlotte Amalie or Red Hook. All & all we had...

Although we live just next to the Bolongo Bay Resort, my wife and I had never eaten at the Lobster Grill. We decide a leisurely Sunday morning breakfast would be a nice way to do just that. In short, the view from the upper "room" was terrific, the food well prepared, and service super. Piper our server was genuinely friendly...

Recently stayed for 10 nights. Staff was friendly and always willing to accomodate any of our needs. Great location on the island, just minutes from major shopping, downtown and nightlife. Perfect beach location, Dive shop and 2 restaurants on property. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed out stay, we will return every year.
