We were looking of an inexpensive hotel near the airport to ended our two week British Virgin Island sailing adventure. We knew we would arrive on the ferry in the late afternoon, so all we needed was a clean bed and a good price. The...More
We stayed at this hotel in a seafront room. The room advertised on booking.com is completely different to what we found. The room smelt musty, air conditioning mouldy, ants all over bathroom. For a sea view room I would have expected better. Toiletries do not...More
Old needs to be redone, should of spent a little more money for a newer hotel. Front desk staff was roude "put out" that we asked questions. Worst than a super 8 in the states. Great location. Bar staff was great even stayed open late...More
I hopped over to StThomas from St Croix for a relaxing get away and these people really were spot on. The beach bar/ restaurant bartenders/ servers were very attentive and most friendly! I own a restaurant and know how hard it is to find friendly,...More

If you're talking about Marriott's Frenchmans Reef Resort it's far to walk lol. Frenchmans Reef is on the west end down town towards Charlotte Amalie near Redhook bay. Your best choice is rent a car, or take a taxi shouldn't be more than $25 bucks to get there or less! If you were to walk it would take you close to 2.5hrs to walk there depending on how fast you walk hahaha it's close to 10miles but also take into consideration you will be hiking up and down mountains because the terrain is not like US terrain where it's flat!
Good luck :) St. Thomas is my second home I visit every year.
