If you are seeking serenity, romance or just a quite environment, this is the place! The grounds and pool area are well maintained. Although there were other guest in the rooms adjacent to ours, we didn’t hear them when we were in our room. We started with a 1 bedroom with 1 and ½ baths. It was clean and tastefully decorated. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. On our third day we were moved to a studio loft, but it was adequate for the 2 of us. We rented a jeep and there was adequate parking.
We stayed for 10 days and the experience was 5 star from beginning to end. We were greeted on arrival by Tiffany who was kind and professional. She was eager to assist us with our needs and request. When there was a water leak and electrical issue our third day, she was instrumental in getting us moved quickly to another room. Drew, the maintenance man was quick to respond and evaluated the situation. Pamela was our concierge and she is awesome! She really knows her stuff and the island. We ate at the Lanai restaurant where we had excellent service and the food was good, but a little over priced. Johnathan and Chari were helpful in answering our questions about the food and the island. Because I have food allergies, we purchased food from Cost-U-Less and prepared our own meals most of our stay. We were so busy with excursions that we only went to the pool one evening. It was quite and an inviting temperature. There were only a few other people there.
The beach the first 5 days was pristine white with gentle rolling waves in the bay. There are some rocks on the left side of the beach as you enter the ocean but none on the right. Because there were multiple tropical storms brewing, the seaweed did roll in on day 5 and the water became choppy and murky. The staff worked hard to remove it, but there was so much they didn’t remove it all. Because we rarely visited the beach, the seaweed didn’t bother us. The day before our departure, the ocean calmed.
In summary, we plan to return to St. Thomas and when we do we will stay at the Limetree Beach Resort again. It is a beautiful resort!

The staff here is amazing! They are to be commended!! The resort is beautiful! We loved it because it was small and less crowded than most places. The pool is beautiful with a swim-up bar, the little beach is gorgeous, and the grounds are well-kept. There is a market and a dive shop, as well as a restaurant called the Lanai. All are pretty expensive. I would not recommend this place to anyone handicapped, and that is my only qualm about it. Of course it is St. Thomas, the land of many hills and steps! My husband uses a cane because of a torn tendon, and he had trouble getting around. The resort does have handicap accessible rooms and an elevator in the middle, but we didn’t reserve it because the injury happened right before the trip. It was only a minor inconvenience, and the staff worked with us to get a better room for his injury. All in all, it was great! Bring earphones; there is a resident rooster who loves to crow at 5:00 am! We love the roosters, chickens, cats, and iguanas at the resort. They are used to people, and we loved watching them.

Note: We actually stayed in 2021 but I couldn’t put that date in (I forgot to submit the review). The resort is newly upgraded and has a beautiful beach. It’s designed to have amazing views no matter where you are. The staff were all wonderful, especially Gina at the pool bar. The restaurant (Lanai) was awesome. Every meal was great and there’s plenty of vegetarian options. We did not rent a car, but did not have trouble getting cabs. You can’t walk anywhere from this resort. The beach does have a rocky entrance. The snorkeling is good. I heard they have plans to bring sand over the rocks, which would make this place perfect. I would stay here again, especially after seeing other resorts on the island. The southern location here blocks a lot of the wind (it gets very windy here!).

We checked in and were told a golf cart would come and get us and our luggage and take us to the room 45 minutes later we still had not been picked up so 15 more minutes someone shows up but the manager tells him to get off the golf cart. He drives us to our room. He tells us the guy was too high to drive. Each time after that when we asked to be picked up by the golf cart they were either very late like an hour or just never showed up. The rooms were not anything great they were not very clean or decorated well. The bed was comfortable . Not stocked well, but did have coffee cups and an old leaking coffee maker did not have a coffee machine that took coffee pods. There is only one restaurant on the resort it is very expensive the service is hit or miss. One evening we went there for dinner ordered our food however it never came. An hour later we got up and left the food I did get there was nothing special . There is a very small grocery store but the hours are
Limited. The hours are
Limited at the pool bar as well. If it rains any they do NOT open the pool bar. This resort has potential the location is great but it. Desperately
Needs new mamangement

The resort was amazing and we loved our "private beach" The Lanai restaurant on the property was our favorite dining experience on the entire island. The rooms were clean and cool. The onsite market made getting snacks and quick dinners easy and convenient. We heard some people complain about the prices, but with the cost of taxis and the fact that food is more expensive on the island, we thought the prices were very reasonable adding in the value of convenience. Would definitely go again.

Been to Limetree, 4 times in the past, 15 years. Each time is a bit different. 2022, the furthest corner of the beach from the restaurant had a 15' wide by 25' white sand to walk in the ocean, We usually grab a noddle and float with cocktails. This time a bit challenging to get into the ocean. Better half, had water shoes, completely made it easier, Very private beach, we seemed, to always enjoy this beach, Great pool. The restaurant on-site has decent food and Last time probably best food on the island Our room was outstanding, as usual, but, did meet a couple. that had to move, after the 1st night, the A/C was acting up. The Resort was just remodeled, so this, has caused some conflict with the memberships. Wyndham offered to pay for the expense, if the Condo owners would join the team / RCI. 3 years are up, so the other owners have to pay for there share of expenses, Not a happy issue for the Condo owners, Our cost was less than 1050$ for the entire week in a presidential, room. Where Orbitz was advertising for 5000$, Good value for us. Traveling always has it challenges. This place goes out of their way to make the difference. We always use the office personal to help with our activities, Oceana restaurant should be 1st on the list, The office will adjust your selections By $$ - $$$$$, Bring a back pack cooler, water shoes, maybe snorkel equipment. Good luck with your travels, We try not to ever compare our vacations to each other - every resort and place is different

We went to this Club Wyndham property thanks to my sister who owns 2 timeshares on St. Thomas. They were both part of Bluebeards Castle and we stayed at what was they're beach club prior to Hurricane Irma which damaged the resort.
Wyndham restored the property and the job they did was great. The resort is just stunning. We were right on the beach and the grounds are impeccable and the pool area is large with seating around the pool or just above the beach on the grass or in the 3 or 4 open air cabanas.
As for the room. We stayed in a 1 BR studio with a king bed that looked like it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for what cooking we did in the room.
The only negative opinion I have doesn't reach the level of lowering the overall review score. We had no cell service at the resort. Once we drove closer to town the service resumed.
The restaurants at the resort were very good. Lanai's was the main restaurant and Denton a Steakhouse was the other.borh had excellent food and the Ribeye at Denton's was amazing.
Overall our trip was just a great getaway to a place where time just ground to a halt. We rented a SUV and I'm so glad we did. We saved so much money avoiding taxi's cost and wait times and we were able to go anywhere we wanted when we wanted. A real game changer.

Security guard at booth didn’t not check. Didn’t see any security roaming the property. At check in, greeting was at best average (Margaritville in Puerto Rico was the best). Parking is not that good. Little to no activities. Great views for sunrise and sunsets. Spent $30 on daiquiri- horrible (put them in the trash). Carpet in the room needs to be replaced or replace with tile. Showers not hot. Greetings at front desk was average at best (margaritville in Puerto rico is the best). You are charged another $50 a day on top of what you already paid for the room.

Stayed at Limetree first week of August2021. Loved this resort , all rooms are beachfront with balcony . Our room was a one bedroom with pull out couch, 1 1/2 bath with kitchen. Room #270 The room was very clean and newly renovated. No maid service but clean towels , Beach towels and toilet paper were delivered very quickly . The pool area was very nice with a beach bar open 11-7 every day. The food here was very good and reasonable. We liked the club sandwich, turkey pesto, quesadillas ! The beach was great and never crowded. No seaweed but there were rocks to get over to get in to swim (but doable) The resort is about 10 mins from Charlotte Amalie and 15 mins from Red Hook with cab rides averaging about $10PP each way. We had a jeep so we went to Kmart to get water , liquor, snacks etc. There are 2 other restaurants on site-Lanai which is good and you can also get takeout . Dentons is the steakhouse and we enjoyed the wedge salad and filet there Would definitely recommend Limetree for a relaxing vacation in paradise🌴😎

Nice layed out apparment, spacious and nice view from the top floor. The rooms could do with a refresh. The grounds are well maintained but be aware this is a timeshare property so they will try to sell you the Wyndham timeshare service which is hard core sell.
