We stayed for 10 days and the experience was 5 star from beginning to end. We were greeted on arrival by Tiffany who was kind and professional. She was eager to assist us with our needs and request. When there was a water leak and electrical issue our third day, she was instrumental in getting us moved quickly to another room. Drew, the maintenance man was quick to respond and evaluated the situation. Pamela was our concierge and she is awesome! She really knows her stuff and the island. We ate at the Lanai restaurant where we had excellent service and the food was good, but a little over priced. Johnathan and Chari were helpful in answering our questions about the food and the island. Because I have food allergies, we purchased food from Cost-U-Less and prepared our own meals most of our stay. We were so busy with excursions that we only went to the pool one evening. It was quite and an inviting temperature. There were only a few other people there.
The beach the first 5 days was pristine white with gentle rolling waves in the bay. There are some rocks on the left side of the beach as you enter the ocean but none on the right. Because there were multiple tropical storms brewing, the seaweed did roll in on day 5 and the water became choppy and murky. The staff worked hard to remove it, but there was so much they didn’t remove it all. Because we rarely visited the beach, the seaweed didn’t bother us. The day before our departure, the ocean calmed.
In summary, we plan to return to St. Thomas and when we do we will stay at the Limetree Beach Resort again. It is a beautiful resort!

Limited. The hours are
Limited at the pool bar as well. If it rains any they do NOT open the pool bar. This resort has potential the location is great but it. Desperately
Needs new mamangement

Wyndham restored the property and the job they did was great. The resort is just stunning. We were right on the beach and the grounds are impeccable and the pool area is large with seating around the pool or just above the beach on the grass or in the 3 or 4 open air cabanas.
As for the room. We stayed in a 1 BR studio with a king bed that looked like it was recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for what cooking we did in the room.
The only negative opinion I have doesn't reach the level of lowering the overall review score. We had no cell service at the resort. Once we drove closer to town the service resumed.
The restaurants at the resort were very good. Lanai's was the main restaurant and Denton a Steakhouse was the other.borh had excellent food and the Ribeye at Denton's was amazing.
Overall our trip was just a great getaway to a place where time just ground to a halt. We rented a SUV and I'm so glad we did. We saved so much money avoiding taxi's cost and wait times and we were able to go anywhere we wanted when we wanted. A real game changer.
