Having spent some weeks at Villa Greenleaf I can fully confirm the warning against Jeff Teel. The buildings, the pool and the garden were in a total lack of maintenance. Nobody present at the B&B most of the time. No telephone working. The owner totally absent. When I left there was no breakfast, nobody present - and I never got...

First, let me start by saying that I have never reported this type of review before and I hope to never have to experience it in the future. Bottom line: watch this place---it may appear to have what you are looking for but BEWARE of JEFF TEEL, the owner. To piggyback off the gentlemen who had a bad experience when...

We were the only occupants of the Villa for a four-night stay during what seemed to be a slow November in St. Croix. We had made the reservation via email with Jeff who told us that he was stateside for an extended period due to a family emergency. We were told that Joe would be managing in his stead. Unfortunately...

Staying at Villa Greenleaf was an absolute treat. The property is gorgeously maintained and located smack dab in the middle of everything fun St. Croix has to offer. (Great Restaurants, beaches and close to Christiansted) The rooms are clean, welcoming and bereft of any petty criticism. The bed is big and comfy and the cool AC was a nice welcome...

If you're looking for a lot of nightlife and touristy scenes, St. Croix is not the place to go. But if you're looking to seek out beautiful empty beaches and meet some wonderful people, stay at the Villa Greenleaf. Both the people who run the place and the people who were staying there were lovely and really helped us get...

A wonderful place, graciously and personally managed by the owner who looked after us from the moment of touch down on the island until departure. The beautifully and tastefully furnished rooms have a spectacular sea views from their own screened patio and their own roof sun terrace. It is the right place for people who do not need seaside and...

Well this was our second visit to Saint Croix and our second stay at Villa Greenleaf. Jeff is a fantastic host at this lovely B and B set away from the beach and away from heavy traffic in a lovely setting surrounded by nature with gorgeous sweeping view of the Islands. The grounds are well kept, from the dining area,...

The Villa has become one of my favorite places on the planet!! With just 5 rooms, it offers privacy and attention to detail that larger resorts can't. The grounds are immaculate. The food is wonderful. The staff is inviting and courteous. If you're looking for heaven on earth... this is the spot!

This is a beautifully maintained property on gorgeous grounds. The grounds are very impressive, with large mahogany trees, flowering shrubbery, mango trees, Gardenia bushes, etc. The setting is breathtaking; one can see the ocean on the north shore from the pool or from one's rooftop deck. The room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Execellent maid service, thank you...

Villa Greenleaf is a hidden gem in St Croix. The property is well kept and clean with only 5 rooms on the entire property. Our bedroom was spacious with a nice bathroom, a great screened-in porch and rooftop sundeck. Every morning started with a yummy breakfast complete with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt and an entree. Each evening started with...

“The Belvedere and Claremont have the best views from the porch, and seem equivalent...The Belv. gets a tad more sun which can make the porch really too hot. The Morningstar porch seemed to be almost always comfortably shaded. I would make the other 2 poolhouse rooms a last choice, because of the lack of view.”
