We recently went to St. Croix and stayed at the Palms. The location was the main reason for our choice as well as the rates being reasonable. Our main reason for going was to scuba dive but were so impressed with the staff. Everyone from the from desk, to the housekeepers, waitresses and guest services were just amazing! Special thanks...

We reviewed a number of St. Croix resorts on Trip Advisor and chose The Palms at Pelican Cove based mostly on reviews. It exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a mid size resort with nice a beach, pool, wi-fi, bar and dining on premises. We also wanted something reasonably close to Christiansted but still had the feeling of seclusion....

After searching Tripadvisor for the best hotels to stay in while in St. Croix we settled on the Palms at Pelican Cove. The reviews we read did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly; Pat the desk was so helpful and told us to "relax! you're on island time!" many times. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious; the hours were...

The hotel is definitely not a five star establishment,...however it was very clean, comfortable and the staff was extremely gracious,.....grounds kept daily,.....management really personable,....I will stay in the hotel again. One draw back with the restaurant, the food was nothing to brag about,....just mediocre,....we found several local restaurants that were GREAT!

If you are looking for a fancy "five" star resort that doesn't even care you exist, this place is not for you; if you are looking for a family owned well maintained place look no further!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. My mom and I stayed from March 22-27. The staff is wonderful, everyone is so friendly. They were...

This is our 6th AMAZING visit to the Palms at Pelican Cove! When we started with the Palms 6 years ago, there were 3 couples in our group and this year, the group expanded to 5 couples. The primary reason we return is attributable to the owners...Chuck and Joyce and all of their staff! (Mitch, Julie, Mark, Rico, Eileen, Roland,...

We were lucky enough to spend just under a week at The Palms, and it was awesome. The staff was nothing but helpful. We bought an additional package through them, although I don't necessarily like the name, the Passion Package was awesome, and well worth the additional money. They helped arrange everything. We had a couple of times where our...

We spent a week at The Palm away from the cold Danish weather in March 2017. The weather and the view here was magnificent. The rooms were OK clean, but the wifi at our room -no 28- did not work. But unfortunately I shall have to warn you against eating at the restaurant. The service is the slowest I have...

Happy to hear that you were satisfied with your stay at the hotel, but sorry that your experience at the restaurant left something to be desired. The week that you were here the hotel was fully booked and the restaurant was extremely busy - breakfast, lunch and dinner. So the wait times stretched out much longer than usual, and longer...

This is a 3 1/2 star hotel but if you look past that the hospitality of the staff and owner make you feel like you are a part of their family. We absolutely loved our stay. Every room has a water/beach view. So even if you choose a garden room you will still have a view of the beach. We...

The Palms at Pelican Cove was more than I imagined. My sister and I made a quick 5 day trip for a short break from reality and the Alabama winter. I can honestly say it's the first time I've ever been sad to come home. From the moment we arrived I knew we were in for a unique experience. I...
