The hotel is pretty bare and outdated, but if you don't mind roughing it up a bit, then you'll be fine. Although some people have complained about having bats in their room. The restaurant area was nice. The view is nice. The beach isn't the greatest as the water is grey and really rough, but the view is still good.... More

Although my review starts off with 3 stars this is by no means a reflection of the customer service we received as soon as we drove up to the gravel parking lot. I don't know the worker's name but whoever she is, she deserves quite a bit of praise. Being there bright and early for breakfast till late after dinner.... More

Reception was warm and helpful. Room is small but comfortable. Everything works. Good view of the beach....saw turtles from the room. While the food is good the prices are very high....higher than most restaurants in Port of Spain.

It's a relax spot. The food is good. Friendly staff. If you're looking for a quiet place and not much to do this is the place for you. If you're content with humble services and not 5 star accommodations this is the place for you. I enjoyed my stay, the food and friendly staff. It's also a safe place.

This B&B is located on the beach front with the sole purpose of watching the leather back turtles as the swim ashore to lay their eggs. It is conveniently located to the tour starting point where you can buy your permit as well. What is impressive though is the true hospitality that you receive, they ensure you are taken care... Very friendly atmosphere, special mention about the person who received us Ms.Tricia, friendly , helpful and smiley😊. Regarding the rooms, though small, it was neatly done up. Bath & toilet was clean. Location amazing, right on the beach and could see turtles even in the morning from the deck.Best location to see the turtles, just few minutes away. Breakfast was great, fresh baked local... More

My daughter and I visited to catch a glimpse of the turtles burying their eggs in the sand and then heading back out to the ocean. The hotel was so adorable and our chef made us feel as if we were the only guests there! I truly enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon.

Grande Reviere is located the remote NE coast of Trinidad. My wife and I went with a group of friends and wanted to overnight. The hotel was secure and comfortable and included an enjoyable breakfast with good coffee and fresh baked bread with pleasant staff. Air condition, hot and cold water were available. The WiFi was 'iffy' in the room... More

Staff very nice and friendly but this hotel needs some tender loving care. It is run down but the hotel next to it is even worse. However, for the length of the drive and the time to see turtles late at night it is better to stay than make the dangerous night drive back. The hotel is expensive for what... More

Great location on the leatherback turtle nesting beach, for that I will go back ! The staff was very very nice, helpful, warm and friendly. Breakfast was included and was excellent, it included the basic expected eggs etc but also included many 'local items' ! Dinner was terrible, it was very overpriced for what we received, I ordered lamb and... More
