We stayed at Southern Cross in November 2014, and Pirate's Point in April 2015 For those who are comparing, here is our analysis: Pirate's Point food is twice as good Pirate's Point staff is friendly, helpful, and make you feel at home. Southern Cross not so much. Pirate's Point dive operation is relaxed, great crew, nice boat, and allows flexible...

What a wonderful place to earn your Open Water PADI Scuba Certification. That is a mouthful! And that makes me think of the wonderful meals that we shared family style with the guides, the resort staff and the fellow divers. Pirates Point is your home away from home, if your home was on a beautiful beach complete with hammock centers,...

My husband went for the diving, I went for the relaxation, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It is upscale, while at the same time casual, warm and friendly. Staff make everyone feel like a member of the family, a guest in their home. Diving was 5-star -- boats, captains and dive masters. Food was 5-star -- Anthony &...

This is the 2nd time I've been to Pirates Point. The first time we just stumbled on it by accident. This time we came with a group of 11 people and had an amazing time (again!). Although the diving and food pretty much couldn't be any better, it's the people at the resort who really make it special. I can't...

This was my second visit to Pirates Point Resort. I don't think I can really add anything to the already glowing reviews. Everyone there is amazing and very friendly. The food is incredible. The diving is great. It the most relaxing vacation I've ever been on.

We just returned from our third trip to Pirates Point: a week of great diving, good food, and quality time with the family. With two teenagers, both of whom dive, it is important to me that the staff maintains an environment that is both safe and fun. They do a great job. The staff listens to your concerns when diving...

Let me start by saying that this was the best vacation I've ever had! First class staff and service that treats you like family the moment you arrive. The rooms, pool, and property are always clean and well maintained and the view of the beach directly out the backdoor never gets old. The environment is so relaxed and refreshing: SO...

We were not sure what to expect prior to going to Pirates Point on Little Cayman Island however everything was fantastic. I am the first to enjoy a five-star resort such as those on 7 mile Beach on Grand Cayman with all of the amenities however there are other ways to have a five-star experience. Pirates Point is truly a...
