We spent a truly memorable and relaxing vacation here. Our balcony overlooked the beach, and you could watch the sunset each evening (another beach is also available adjacent to the cafe). The rooms are well furnished, and it is very helpful to have a fridge and kitchenette. The sunset cafe also offers excellent food and views. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We plan to return next year.

Thank you for your very positive review…and for your choice to stay with us! At last, we are starting to see the light at the end of this over year-long tunnel, and we are thrilled to be getting back to a semblance of normality. The property is open, airy and naturally “socially distant”…with lots of sunlight snd breezes. We look forward to your return, as well so many of our wonderful guests who are just now feeling safe enough…or fed up enough.. to travel again!

Welcome to paradise!! This oasis has it all from ideal walking location to fabulous restaurants with an array of choices to the amazing friendly staff! The rooms are updated and nicely appointed. Keeping with Covid protocols the cleaning service is limited to every three days BUT if you need anything, the front desk is more than happy to accommodate. Amenities are outstanding from superb dining onsite at Sunset Cafe with spectacular ocean views, to water sports hut with complimentary rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. if you want to pass on going to restaurants, there are grills to prepare on the grounds! They have thought of everything!! Everyone is very friendly. Enjoy two beaches yards from your room and the sound of the calm waves as you watch the sunset! The beaches are clean and like powder with clear blue water! I was here for girls trip in February and back again as couples in May! We will return again!

Thank you for your review, and wrapping up well how others can get the most out of their stay! We are a simple, gentle little place…and we love it when our guests explain so well what it is that we offer and what we are all about. Could not have said it better…and we look forward to seeing you again soon…try not to keep us waiting too long! It has been a strange couple of years…with the Hurricane and then COVID…it is a joy to see the resort and the island come back to like, and we honestly appreciate your part in making it possible.

The Grand Case Beach Club is an amazing place to stay! We loved watching the sunset every night from our patio! The rooms are all updated and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable! Great location and on a fantastic private beach! Steve and his team run a beautiful property. The also have a private roof top pool! The Sunset Restaurant on the property has great food and Marina is wonderful and has a great staff.

Thank you so much for coming, enjoying and appreciating Grand CaseBeach Club and the island in general. These have been such a difficult few years, but we have not rested…we were hard at work rebuilding and refurbishing…and we have not stopped yet! We love the reactions of our guests, returning and noticing what’s new and being warmly welcomed like family! Please, don’t wait too long, come back soon!

Checked in 12 hours ago. No coffee in the room, only decaf. Called / spoke to front desk twice about it and instead were left extra decaf bags. Asked for towels , were told that they are only available in the morning. Refrigirator in the room doesn’t work at all. Front desk did nothing about it after we mentioned it. No one at front desk picks up the phone after 5. Rooms get cleaned only once every 3 days. Hotel amenities are limited and rooms feel dated.

Dear 4AnnT, Terribly sorry that your initial perception of us was so negative...certainly not the type of experience we would ever want to impart. The Coffee mix-up was promptly attended to. The non working fridge was changed out, and this is a concern for us as these are quite new appliances. The entire property was renovated and/or rebuilt since the devastating Hurricane Irma. Once moved, it does take a while for the fridges to cool, which may have given you the impression that nothing had been done, which certainly was not the case. Due to the COVID crisis, we have had to alter some of our routines and practices...for the health and safety of our guests and employees. We have gone to a every 3 day cleaning of the rooms, and request that guests are out of them for about 3-4 hours so we can thoroughly and safely clean and disinfect them, and with the limited levels of occupancy, we have had to adjust our staffing accordingly. Perhaps that is why you perceived the front office being slow on the phones. Our soaps and shampoos are on the minimalist side, but the rooms being dated...we have had a very recent refurbishment using a highly thought of French designer, Paul Klimenko, and wonderful plein-air artwork adorning the rooms by Sir Roland Richardson. I an sorry that the décor was not to your tastes. We had repeatedly attempted to contact you, but were unable to connect until your last day with us, at which time we understood that you well enjoyed your stay. Once again, let me apologize for the less than perfect first impression, and I hope and trust that we were able to recover. Thank you for your comments...and your choice to stay with us.

Very hospitable and welcoming to us and our 4 month old puppy. $25 for two chairs and an umbrella. Staff was covid conscious and brought everything to us at the beach. We enjoyed some Sauvignon Blanc and omelette. Delicious. We also received some free shots for lunch!

Thank you for the nice words, but wish that you would have stayed with us…and then the entire property would have been yours to enjoy…and the beach chairs would have been included. Watersports do a great job on the beach, and the Sunset Cafe is a very special place!
