Belair Beach Hotel is a nice, comfortable hotel and offers gorgeous views of the Caribbean! Staff is wonderful, helpful, and friendly! Not luxurious, exactly, but the surroundings make up for that!!! The Gingerbread Cafe, although small, has the best food I've ever had in a "bar type" establishment. Both dinner and lunch were delicious and the staff there was also...

Just finished a week stay at the Belair Beach. Used our time share through RCI. Reservations done on line. Good location, between Simpson Bay and Phillipsburg. Few minutes drive to restaurants, activities, grocery shopping. Little Bay provides a really nice beach, somewhat sheltered so no rough surf. Each unit gets reserved chairs and beach umbrella, so no jockeying for chairs...

Quiet, convenient and friendly staff. Beaching at it's best. Many restaurants withing walking distance AND on site. They have car rentals on premise and will pick you up from the airport. Mid-island convenience.

Just returned from a 6 day vacation. This hotel/timeshare is perfect if you are looking for a quaint low raise Caribbean hotel. Good size two bedroom suites, large balconies, priceless views. I could write 5 pages to detail this review but I will try to summarize why this hotel is special. First I should remind you that everyone's taste is...

Our group of four had a very enjoyable stay at the Belair. The hotel is older, but the staff kept everything clean. The water in front of the hotel (Little Bay) was nice and calm for most of our week. We had drinks at the Gingerbread Cafe but never ate there. I would definitely stay again on a future visit...

I love staying at Belair! It's got a very homey feel to it. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent at the Gingerbread Cafe. The bartenders, Rufus and Dwayne, are lots of fun. The beach is beautiful!

After visiting the Belair in January 2016, my two friends and I were determined to return next year with an even bigger group of friends. And return we did! From January 28-February 4, 2017 six college friends-now middle aged women-had the most amazing week of fun and sun. From what I have seen on my travels around the island, the...

Enjoyed another wonderful week over Christmas break at the Belair Beach hotel. The bottom line: waking up each day to the amazing view from the balcony and spending lazy days on the beautiful beach on Little Bay--second to none. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Beach chairs were marked and made ready for us each morning by Vincent (funny...

Visited over New Years week with family. Pros The beach and ocean, we travelled all around st Martin and by far was one of the best beaches on the island. There were no rocks, and very little waves. The view and size of balcony is terrific. The starlite car rental is amazing they picked us up from airport. Their service...
