Simmone and Ashnelle at the Front Desk were very very accommodating and full of bliss. Their smiles are very captivating. Stacy and Tisa at the restaurant -Julia’s were pleasant and professional. I felt very welcomed! Will defiantly be back to the harbor club . :)
Loved the hotel and the staff were excellent We were looked after, had swim-up room which I would recommend. Covid rules are in force, and we felt very safe. Infinity pools and waterfall …. Also, visit bakery and sushi bar….. There are also some very good local restaurants at the harbour and beach….. Will return when I can….
Great setting. Super pool; ideal for laps. Staff at restaurant the best--very cordial, friendly, engaging. Live music abrasive and way too loud; but the piped in music was nice. Concierge service was helpful but less than engaging. Cleaning staff were great, and did fine job.
I want to thank Asnell Front of House Agent and Nekita travel advisor. I arrived at hotel and got to my room I had no hot water or working telephone. I reported to Ashnell who immediately resolved my issue in the most polite understanding and professional manner. Ashnell moved me to another beautiful room and organised it to be freshened up for me while I packed up to move rooms. Her impressive friendly and nothing too much trouble made the whole experience hassle free. As someone who works to serve others on a daily basis I understand how important it is to the "way in which to deliver service with a smile" goes a long way. Ashnell was impeccable in her professionalism and resolution of what could have made or broke my trip. Thank you Ashnell you are a brilliant front of house staff member and I hope you ate recognised for your hard work and professionalism. Nekita organised my friend and I a fantastic day out, from building our itinerary to arranging taxis for us she too was friendly and professional. A great team you have working at the Harbor Club Hotel. I'll be sure to recommend my travellers to stay here. Thank you for a fabulous and memorable stay. 👍…
Would not recommend this hotel On the good side - Staff in the restaurant and around the pool area were very friendly and efficient - The room was cleaned very well and had been recently refurbished it seemed On the bad side - We arrived on a delayed flight, hoping to get some food. It was 920pm and the website says that the pizza station closes at 10pm. But they had closed early, room service is not available(?!) and the reception could not recommend any alternatives. So we didn't eat and went to sleep hungry. - The website says they offer a boat shuttle to Pigeon Island, but when asking at reception they no longer offer this. We were told to go and speak to a tour company next to the hotel which "isn't affiliated with the hotel" I.e. we can't help you - Lots of the sun loungers were damaged (ripped, metal broken) and need repairing. Also the hotel allows paying day guests at the pool area which is annoying because there wasn't enough space for guests to sit We brought the issue on the restaurant early closing and the pigeon island (lack of) shuttle to the hotel reception and they got VERY defensive. Very frustrating as they have signs everywhere in the hotel saying if you have a problem to tell them. Oh and the airport transfer booked via the hotel arrived late and then drove very dangerously and at excessive speed.…
Myself and my other half have just finished a 10 day stay. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, tasty food - lots of choice between local and international food. We also had a treatment with massage therapist Curtly which was amazing.
I've stayed in many Hilton's all over the world, I would not put this in the Curio collection, just a basic Hilton. Room and hotel were clean and tidy. Hit and miss service from staff, but generally good. Our main issue was the noise, music is played in the restaurant and outside pool/bar area from 7am - 11pm, and its not quite. No way to lie in in the morning or have an early night if you have to get up for an early morning trip, no way to relax or read by the pool, also DJ twice a week till 11pm and again if you on the first couple of floors, or have the room above the DJ (as we did) you will not sleep, same for the late night drinking at the pool bar. Apart from that, had a lovely time in St Lucia, wouldnt go back to this hotel.
Le personnel est très agréable! If you have the time to experience a good massage at the spa- you have to ask for Curtly Charlery. I truly enjoyed the massage. We love every second of our stay.Merci
The Harbor club St Lucia as a hotel left much to be desired. I have stayed in other Curio Collection hotels before and all of them were Luxurious. All of them were a place to relax, full of beauty, and great scenery. This hotel is average at best. The outside atmosphere and the grounds were amazing. However the rooms left much to be desired. My room was dusty and basic. The bed was hard, the bathrooms need to be updated and a deep clean needs to occur as there was mildew in the shower and dust and cob webbs in the corners of the room. As I stated earlier, Sushi Deck on Market Street is a must visit but the other restaurants are nothing special. 14 North had a great appetizer the Calamari but the entree lacked seasoning. I had the Tuna is was a great piece of fish. However, there was no salt or any seasoning for that matter to bring out the fish. I also went to Julias and one day on the buffet they had what they called "chicken sausage" but it was a hot dog in barbeque sauce. Most of the food there lacked seasoning also. The Omlets were great, the guy making them seasoned them while making them. I just wondered why that was not the case throughout the restaurant. The Latte were great. I just think that the food overall at the restaurants here was bland. The Sushi Deck at Market Street was the total opposite. Overall I would give the hotel a C+ because it was not desirable and the Sushi Market Resturant and the Staff are the only reason this hotel is Passing. Oh yeah the Bars were great and the staff was amazing LEX is a great Bartender by the Pool. Alisoner and Ricardo at the Sushi Deck are great chefs. All of the waitresses and hostesses at Julias were great the food just wasn't. …
I was underwhelmed but to be fair it was a very affordable option for the area. Staff was extremely friendly and warm, although no one seemed to know what was going on. For example, one person working the desk told us we could take a water taxi to the beach where Hilton had dedicated chairs, when we went looking for that the next day the person on the desk said that had been discontinued. Staff at 7th heaven bakery were especially friendly and great. The hotel had more restaurant variety than I expected for a hotel of this size, I guess because some guests have all inclusive (we did not). We walked to the nearby marina a few nights for dinner on the water and enjoyed, note connecting roads are unpaved for pedestrians. Best part of the holiday was discovering the cabanas were free - no one seemed to know you didn’t have to pay/reserve for the cabanas. We would have spent a lot more $ on food and drink if servers had come round more frequently but enjoyed nonetheless Improvement areas: - Bathroom doors in rooms afford no privacy - As other review mention, loud music by pool at night was not enjoyable and couldn’t be escaped. Who wants to hear skrillex at 6pm while eating dinner? Seemed like the hotel was geared towards younger/more party crowd - Pool situation was a dealbreaker from ever coming back. There are not even close to enough chairs for guests and the thing I don’t understand is there was PLENTY of space for more chairs. Guests were putting out towels on the concrete and laying there since there were so few chairs. It’s really not acceptable for a Caribbean hotel to not be able to accommodate majority of guests with seating, especially since it’s on the bay and not the beach. Wifi was also uneven throughout the pool and frequently dropped. - We ran out of sun screen (again, not unusual on a Caribbean holiday), and there was no mini mart or anywhere on site to purchase more, we had to walk off property to shops to get the essentials (and had to do it 2x because local shops were closed the first day for New Years). I’ve never stayed in a tropical hotel that didn’t have basics like sunscreen, bug spray, etc available for purchase on site and the website did advertise a shop on site. It wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if the streets were more pedestrian friendly but it was a hassle.…
