Our cricket tour continued with a transfer to St.Lucia to stay at the Harbour Club in Rodney Bay. After the shambles at Turtle beach in Barbados a few days earlies our check in here was most impressive. Unlike Turtle Bay , with its 12 pages of terms and conditions, Harbour Club, like other hotels, seem to manage with just one. This hotel has a city centre feel about it although it is certainly not in a city centre. It overlooks Rodney Bay Harbour with outstanding views, at least from the upper floors. We were in room 411 which faced the Harbour and was very modern, clean, and well equipped. Oddly we only had one chair out on the balcony. I wonder why. The air con was almost too efficient, at times it seemed to be centrally controlled and we were often cold. Completely against what one might normally do, we kept the balcony door open to let in the hot air from outside. There was a very good swimming pool with a waterfall at one end and a swim up bar. The gym is again well equipped and a pleasure to use. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. A special word for the cleaners. A digital system on the door enabled us to tell the cleaners that we wanted our room to be cleaned and, and this is unusual, the cleaners took notice. Not only that but the cleaning was comprehensive and efficient. We were on B and B and only had one dinner in the hotel restaurant but this was fine and reasonably priced. Elsewhere there are several restaurants in Rodney Bay Marina which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Turning right out of the hotel a walk of about eight minutes takes you to a decent supermarket. A few minutes further and there is a fairly large shopping mall well worth exploring. Carrying on again for another ten minutes is a lovely beach with good swimming conditions. The hotel is not on the beach but operates a paid for shuttle service if you do not fancy the walk in the heat. Bear in mind that there are no proper pavements as we understand them and a gravel path is the best you can hope for once clear of the hotel. The hotel stands on the main road but the traffic although considerable is slow moving and generally quiet so not a cause for concern in our experience. We liked the Harbour Club and it is perhaps a recommendation that the England team were also staying there for the three matches against the West Indies.

This place is hot! Not because it's in St. Lucia or the temperature, but because the place itself is sensational! The front desk staff are so nice & welcoming, especially Arthur. He keeps you in that vacation good time mood! We were welcomed with rum punch 😆 The hotel lobby & grounds are very modern, crisp, fresh & clean. The ambiance is just right for every occasion. The bar in the lobby has soft lighting & there are comfy couches to enjoy your delicious cocktails. Deon, the bartender, could whip up a good cocktail 🍸The room reflected the lobby; it was was simple, yet stylish. Robes were provided. The restaurant offered many food options, including goat curry, which I tackled: absolutely delicious 😋 The watermelon feta salad was amazing. Joel & Alana were great servers. They were very attentive & we appreciated their recommendations. The pool area did not disappoint! Swim up bar, waterfall, & those in-water pool lounge chairs 😱 Perfection🤩 If that's not enough, the hotel's backyard is Rodney Bay Marina. You can jet ski there. Beautiful sunsets😍

How to describe these 12 days I spent here? The best service I could have in terms of staff—each and every one of them worthy of a palace in Paris. The treatment is impeccable. The environment is exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and everyone is so attentive that you find yourself smiling 24 hours a day.
The location is perfect for taking a boat, as it is right next to the marina and very close to two incredible beaches, such as Python, as well as wonderful restaurants and everything you could wish for. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options and an excellent breakfast.
What more can I say? The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. I would like to express my gratitude for Mallan’s smile or Princess, who took care of our room with so much love and attention, and also to every single person in the hotel. I may not know all their names, but I wouldn’t be able to say which one was the most generous, kind, and amazing.
Without a shadow of a doubt, a place to recommend for rest and a fantastic holiday.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a room only basis prior to moving to our main vacation hotel. The hotel has a stunning location overlooking Rodney Bay marina and is well placed for visiting areas near there. However, the hotel has a business and functional feel rather than a holiday destination. We found the rooms nice and airy, clean with good facilities but I didn’t like that the bathroom door did not stay shut. Although, the under bed lighting was a helpful feature at night. The hotel provides 2 nespresso capsules and tea and coffee making facilities in the room and 2 small bottles of water. We topped this up by going to the small supermarket in the marina which is a lot cheaper than in the hotel. Just a tip to take EC dollars for this rather than US as it is not clear which exchange rate they use. My other tip is to check your bill carefully as we had been ‘upgraded’ to a room with a balcony but the upgraded price had been added to our bill. To eat in the hotel is expensive - 8 USD for a plate of chips, 3USD for a beer but you can get a pizza for 14 USD which would easily feed 2 people.

We had a very comfortable stay again. Upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool on the first floor. Front desk were welcoming and pre-holiday correspondence efficient and friendly.
As we have stayed here before the staff recognised us and we were made to feel very welcome.
Like a previous poster mentioned, we only got continental breakfast and were not allowed tables outside but lined up with other guests “on the continental” in a row of tables. It made me feel a bit like steerage class!
Having said that the breakfast was good with plenty of options…
Everything was very clean and I enjoyed the pool. The poolside music seemed less loud than before although it started at 8:30!
We enjoyed the Saturday musicians so much we left our luggage after checkout and spent another few hours listening to music and eating Ricardo’s superb sushi.
He really is very talented. I enjoy eating the local conch when available. It is not the prettiest to look at but boy is it tasty! The salmon comes via BA and is fresh not frozen which makes a huge difference. The tuna is local and excellent as is the snapper when available. Highly recommended.
A pleasure to meet Hildreth and Raquel and Swayne and Yannick. All fantastic musicians and great to swap muso stories with!
One caveat - Harbor Club pricing on their rooms much higher than before so not sure we will stay again in the high season - hence 4.5 stars not 5. But a good stay.

A return to Rodney Bay after quite a number of years. The hotel is very well appointed and the staff are a credit to the Company. Provision of the water taxi service to Reduit Beach is no longer available but taxis can be called at short notice. Rooms overlooking the pools and out to the Marina are well serviced and water replenished on a daily basis. The coffee shop serving Lavazza coffee and Pizza kitchen are an added bonus to everyone's stay. I have to make mention of some staff in particular who added joy, laughter, smiles to our day. Josh in the restaurant who worked hard to meet our demands at breakfast. Troy A in the bar who was determined to add smiles and laughter to everything he did for us. Finally Shane on reception, who was a joy and sorted out any problems we had or didn't have!! Someone with great potential-we will remember his kindness.

Stayed in January 2024. Amazing. We were a little dubious about booking this Hilton after reading some of the reviews but glad we stayed here. Excellent and personal service. The manager and key staff remember your name. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Particular mentions to Lew (front desk manager), Ashnell (receptionist), Valencia (restaurant manager), Alice (trainee restaurant waitress), Shabana (concierge), Troy (bartender), Chris (room service). We did change rooms as there was a water leak from the bathroom ceiling but it was taken care of immediately. Request a room not facing the road if you want a quiet room as it can get quite noisy with car traffic at night especially Friday and Saturday. Pool area is lovely especially the cabanas (extra cost or 1 complimentary session if a Hiltons Honors member), continental breakfast was sufficient for us. There's also a cafe attached to the hotel with fresh bakery. The manager hosts drinks each evening for Hilton Honors Members which is a nice touch - bartender makes very strong and tasty rum punches! Local to shops and local restaurants - the local Indian restaurant recommended by the concierge was amazing. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and so welcoming.

While the Harbor Club staff is exceptionally friendly, we would not return to this place, our first experience with Curio, Hilton's high-end property. There was a pervasive smell of cat pee in the entrance and in the hall.
At the pool, there were only 16 lounge chairs on the free section (to serve 125 rooms), forcing us to rent a cabana for $25. The chairs in the free section were not in good condition, and the pool towels provided were bleach stained. The music broadcast was an exceptionally annoying and repetitive reggae pop.
The lobby bath was dirty, the hand dryer didn't work, and there were no towels.
In the room, the TV had grainy reception and no access to movie or streaming channels. There was no unused outlet at bedside, and the hotel had no power strips and did not offer to purchase one.
In our bath, there werw no power outlets and minimal hot water.
The concierge failed to secure the promised taxi and got our tour's start time wrong by 30 minutes. When I pointed this out to her, she said it wasn't a mistake, merely a miscommunication. We were 15 minutes into that tour when we were informed we were in the wrong hotel vehicle and had to change rides and drivers. Fortunately, we did this at a stop and were not required to return to the hotel.
We have two more days at the Harbor Club, so this list may expand.

We had an unforgettable experience at the Hilton Harbor Club Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the breathtaking Pigeon Point, one of Saint Lucia’s most iconic attractions. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and we were lucky to have a stunning view of the harbor from our 3rd-floor room. Next time, we would opt for a higher floor (5th or 6th) to enjoy an even more spectacular views.
The pools were immaculate and the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel’s restaurant staff was exceptionally accommodating, particularly when we made special meal requests for our younger child. A huge thank you to the team at Julia’s restaurant, who were always attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Special thanks to our waiter, Kelvin, who each day welcomed and served us a super friendly and attentive manner, to the delightful hostess Stacy who also remembered our preferences as soon as we walked into the restaurant, and to the wonderful Lady at the Pizza station who made our pizza exactly by our taste, just like our delicious Frisco Pizza Alba at home. Their attention to detail truly made us feel like we were at home. Additionally would like to give a big shout out to the hotel Manager Audrey Best-Jacobie who was always with a smile on her face, touring the grounds of the hotel, very welcoming, taking the time to check in with us and ensure everything was perfect.
We look forward to visiting again and seeing everyone soon, including our special friends Ginger and Curry.
Saint Lucia itself is an absolute gem, with its unique attractions, beautiful landscapes, and warm hospitality. We highly recommend the Hilton Harbor Club Hotel to anyone visiting the island—it’s the perfect base for exploring everything this stunning destination has to offer. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I have just returned from an 11 night stay in St Lucia at The Harbor Club for our honeymoon. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of hotel. The staff (reception, tour desk, cleaners, waiting staff) were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish - they were warm, friendly, efficient and very helpful. Our room (we stayed in room 123) had an absolutely stunning view of Mt. Pimard and part of the marina (n.b. we paid extra for a water view) and the cleaning staff cleaned our room daily to a very high standard that we were extremely pleased with.
We had the buffet breakfast included, but dined out for lunch and dinner which we were pleased we did as it allowed us to experience more of the island and we had some really delicious meals at restaurants in Rodney Bay which is around a 20 minute walk away from the hotel. The buffet breakfast had a great selection and kitchen / serving staff (Paula, Alton, Shem) were delightful - very friendly and lovely to speak with as well as making delicious breakfast goods (pancakes, omelettes etc).
Within the hotel, there are a number of restaurants available. We got a couple of sweet treats from 7th heaven Swiss bakery which we were impressed with. The dockside pizzeria is also a good option! We had one experience eating in Julia’s restaurant. The service was alright and the food was good but the prices were quite expensive and the selection somewhat limited, especially compared to places in Rodney Bay, hence we did not eat there more than once.
The gym is very well equipped with a number of machines, weights etc.
Harbor Club is located in a good spot. Rodney Bay Area (good for evening dining) is about 20 minutes walk away and Pigeon Island beach / national park is about a 40 minute walk (or 10 minute taxi). Reduit beach is very close (about a 20 minute walk) and you can see a fantastic variety of fish species there including seahorses, puffer fish, smooth trunkfish and lots more).
The only comment we have to make is that there is not a shuttle boat service to Pigeon Island which we were under the impression was the case and was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Harbor Club and were very satisfied with our experience. The staff absolutely make the hotel.
