We stayed at Bel Jou for two weeks from 19th May. Virtually everything here is excellent. True the location is at the top of a winding hill but the hotel's free transport travels regularly each day to all locations including three wonderful beaches and the capital Castries as well as Rodney Bay. We travelled with Saga who own the hotel...

Lovely hotel in great location on top of hill. Staff were excellent, Elizabeth needs special mention, she could not have been more helpful. Had room on 5th floor with great views. Food was good, mainly buffet and with a good choice. Plenty of excursions available and shuttle bus ran all day, as it is virtually impossible to walk into town...

We went with no grand expectations of the Bel Jou and were delightfully surprised with what we found. From the welcome to the farewell, General Manager Camilla and her husband Navid, backed up by their amazing staff, could not have done more to make our honeymoon trip more enjoyable. A regular complimentary shuttle bus connects you from the hotel to...

Having been picked up from our door, and had door to door service, first impressions of the Bel Jou were not particularly impressive. We were shown to our room (209) to find torn net curtains and very noisy air conditioning units outside. We tried to see if there was another room, but none were available. However ... from that moment...

Having enjoyed my stay at the Bel Jou last year, I decided to have another 2 weeks escaping the last of England's winter.  I was even more impressed this time especially when the friendly staff including management greeted me like an old friend, this makes one feel special.  The hotel was full with many guests returning for their second, third...

We have recently returned home from our 3rd stay at the Bel Jou, this time for 3 weeks over New Year, travelling with Saga as usual. The Hotel is still as good as ever - Elizabeth the rep is always around and there to help if you need it. A lot of the staff remembered us from last time, which...

as a singe lady this hotel was perfect, friendly lots of entertainment but you could have a peaceful time by the pool, garden or on your balcony ( 200-400 rooms best for that and for views). The welcome from Elizabeth was superb, also the Manager & her husband were always on hand with a cheery smile. Food was delicious and...

our first impression as a first time SAGA guest was that we had walked into an old peoples home. However after a couple of days and a rethink SAGA is designed for seniors. The Bel Jou is quite unique as it is SAGA owned and managed so there are no other out of age guests or travellers from other countries...
