This place was horrible. The grounds are beautiful and that's it. The linens are thread bare. The mattress was 2 inches thick on marble platform surrounded by mirrors. The bathroom needed a new toilet and it had no drain cover in the sink. We didn't use the blanket on the bed because it was dirty. We do not recommend this place to anyone. We had reservations for a week. We stayed one night only because we arrived so late and couldn't find something else. Otherwise we would have not even stayed the one night.

I chose this hotel because of its location and decent price. But it was truly a weird place to stay. Check-in was bizarre: there's an iron fence and gate near the entrance. You push the little button on the gate to summon the attendant from the building behind. You can't access the office--the guy just talks to you through the fence. No one spoke English, so in my limited Spanish I explained I had a reservation. A guy on a golf cart led us to a room, but I had to explain we reserved two rooms. So back to the "Office", and more confusion. Finally we realized the second room was under a different name (I must have entered that in the Expedia reservation site). Looking at our rooms, we realized the hotel is aimed at lovers and liaisons: many are labeled "Kamasutra", and have a couch that I'm guessing is related to positions. Mirrors on both sides of the bed. A sign in the room entry quotes $35 for six hours. Porn easily accessible on the TV. Other oddities: no Wi-Fi; no A/C control (either turn on at 68 F, or stay sweltering); sheets that don't quite fit the bed, so they pulled out into disarray all night; and pillows that are thick and hard. This hotel really should not be listed on general travel reservation sites like Expedia.

Lugar accesible, cerca de todo. Calentador de agua no funcionaba. Bueno para quedarse un día, si se está haciendo road trip. Accessible place, close to everywhere. Water heater wasn’t working in my stay. Good for staying one day, while doing road trip.
