Not a lot of view from the rooms. Beds are full size (we are used to queen size). It's just an ok hotel. You get a plastic strap bracelet upon checking in and if you lose it, you're charged $45 for it on check out....More
There is no other description as TERRIBLE experience. We stayed at the old building and everything was old and dark. Terrible service since the check-inn, not to mentioned the restaurant.

Jimna so sorry to hear you had a bad experience. What can we do to improve besides to the removation of the Main Tower? Don't you see the new rooms of the Sky Tower? Please let us know.
Spent 3 days for a Medical Convention and the facilities and the food was adequate. The new buildings are quite nice. Service was very good. Breakfast included fresh fruits which is a nice surprise, lunch and dinner are average.
