Stayed four nights after cruise to be able to tour old San Juan. Great location.Clean simple room. The only thing was air conditioning was loud. Easy access to transit and restaurants. Definitely would stay again.
I gave it a ' Very good' because it had what I needed. I needed a hotel room ASAP due to a family emergency. All recognizable hotels in the area were horribly priced at $250+... I found this hotel for $125.00, and decided to give...More

Overall, the stay was wonderful. It was a very clean hotel, quiet. The front desk promptly called a taxi, which arrived in 30 mins (the island is still recovering from the storm, so delays were expected).

I'm just seeing this. I had a great experience at this hotel both times I used them for my Puerto Rico visit. They were indeed doing some renovating from what I remember. On my second visit, they added a rooftop lounge along with breakfast included with your stay. They now have an elevator too that came in handy with my suitcase. They might have already finished since I didn't notice any additional work being done on the property. I also saw someone mention the Best Western. It looks nice from the pictures, but they do have a much higher price even for being a block or so away so just keep that in mind when booking so you can manage your spending to your liking. Safe travels when you go!! :)
