A boutique type hotel very comfortable the staff very helpful and friendly all in all a great overnight stop. However it was on the wrong side of the harbour for the ship I booked so if you want...

This hotel is right downtown so the location is perfect. We literally ate dinner next door. The staff is 5 star, but the hotel itself probably only 2 star. Not a good value for the $261 price tag. Our room had holes in the floor, stained carpet and really poor lighting. The only window on the room had curtains over...

Not sure why this place has so many positive reviews. It was awful. We booked on booking.com and it was advertised as a renovated room with new carpet and furnishings. As you can see by the photos, it's not. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but left after the first and went to a nicer, cleaner, and less expensive...

Overall the property needs renovation. The carpet was stained and bathroom plumbing old and in need of maintenance. Room was small and noisy, so not what was expected for the price paid--not a good value. Location is excellent and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Gave helpful tips for good restaurants close by and how to do self guided tours...

This little gem of a hotel was wonderful. It has character and class without a high price. The staff bent over backwards to provide us with touring information. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some street noise but they provided ear plugs in the room! And the stopped abruptly around midnight as if there was a curfew! We would...

We really loved our stay at the Cervantes. It was so authentic and started out our vacation with a touch of Puerto Rico right off the bat. The rooms were plenty comfortable without sacrificing our comforts in any way. The city awaits right at your feet. The cruise terminal is 1 1/2 block away easy walk if you have rolling...

Me and my partner stayed here for a night after a cruise. Loved the balcony room that we had and we really enjoyed the very pleasant staff. Only issue the wifi is very slow. But the Starbucks is just around the corner so that made up for this issue for us.
