We were exhausted when we opened the door but immediately just overwhelmed at the cozy beautiful apartment. Hosts were just delightful and able to accommodate our needs when fights were changed dramatically. We are just grateful that we were able to stay two nights after all. Perfect location close to museums, forts, restaurants. The bath is modern, towels and sheets...

In all the traveling we have done, this apartment and location combined made for a most enjoyable way to spend our last 4 days. Betsy, was helpful, gracious and fun. We came away feeling we stayed on the most unique street in all of Old San Juan. We will always consider this to be one of the best experiences we...

First, Betsy (the condo manager) was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to almost any place you want in OSJ. However, it can be a challenge if you rent a car or even take a taxi, because of the very narrow old street as well as traffic. We had to get off and get picked up...

Our group of 7 booked two nights at both the first floor apartments. The street is colorful and central, though not noisy. It's convenient to walk anywhere in Old San Juan and the building itself is very authentic and pretty. The owners were helpful and friendly, and I would 100% recommend staying in one of these apartments! The only thing...

For the location, Caleta 64 is 5 star but the apartment we were allocated (Ballaja) was certainly not above a 3 for quality. There was nothing inviting about the atmosphere of the unit and it was just as well my husband is tall as I couldn't even reach the locks on the windows. and in the Ballaja apartment there is...

This is the second time I've stayed here... and once again it was fantastic... the location is beautiful, things are nearby. There is a really good tapas restaurant next door. A beautifully refurbished historical building... love it!

We stayed at the Ballaja apartment on the second floor for 5 nights in January, during the week of the Feast of the Three Kings celebration. The location can't be beat, walking distance to everything in Old Town San Juan. Betsy was a gracious host with recommendations and tips on where to go and where to eat. She told us...

Huge fan of Caleta 64! We stayed in the apartment with the balcony overlooking the street, and it was simply gorgeous. The studio was spacious and well-decorated, but more than that it had a small fridge, range and oven, and washer/dryer in the unit, the latter of which was so appreciated after several days of beach and adventure. Old San...

The moment we stepped through the doorway of our apartment at Caleta 64 we knew we had made a wise choice! Oversized brick floors and the massive shuttered doors that opened onto the sidewalk took us back in time. Located perfectly along a residential street, close enough to walk easily to shops and restaurants, it is tucked just off the...

Stayed in the Casablanca unit for two nights in mid-December. We had previously stayed in this apartment also. The location is great as other reviewers indicate. The apartment itself is charming and has an open courtyard off the kitchen that makes for a pleasant place to sit and relax. Air conditioning worked well. The apartment was not as clean as...
