Our expectations were exceeded! Lovely atmosphere, and on top of it warmed, friendly and helpful staff who make you feel at home ( and VIP 😊). Clive was extremely helpful and kind and took care of us with his elegant touch. We'll never forget Arthur who encouraged us to try new activities on the beach, he put his heart into...

We've stayed at Trident 2x and we'd go back again! Trident is on a beautiful property that's private and romantic with stunning ocean views. Their private beach is like a lagoon. The water is shallow and calm and crystal clear. They provide floating mats and boards for paddle boarding. We absolutely love the people -- they are warm who provide...

Also, when next you return, you should definitely try one of our private candlelight dinners by the infinity pool under the stars :) We appreciate your continued support and we...

I was lucky enough to be treated to a surprise visit to The Trident by my husband, for my 40th birthday. He had planned a two-night stay away from our family holiday in St Elizabeth. The drive from St. Elizabeth to Portland took 6 hours and I had no idea where we were staying or what to expect. I was...

7 weeks over three stays at The Trident Hotel in Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica, speak for themselves. You will not find a more private, stunning, excellently run hotel in the whole of the island. There isn’t a thing you can fault them for. The service is second to none, the cuisine was even better than before. We left a fortnight...

I will get right to the point. After staying in multiple luxury hotels on multiple continents, I can easily say that the Trident is one of the better hotels in the world. The property is impeccable. All facilities are well-maintained. The design of the property was the brainchild of one of Jamaica's best young architects. The architect's creative vision is...

Fantastic! A hidden gem with the combination of amenities rarely seen. I really felt relaxed and free to have a great getaway. Don't be fooled by the rollaway gate; once you are on the other side a paradise awaits you. I can't wait to return in January.
